Adobe Workfront

Hello,I have a question for organizations using Workfront's built-in AI. Is it capable of performing actions such as creating multiple copies of an issue and updating a specific field for each copy? For instance, if I enter a prompt, could it create three copies where copy 1 has option A, copy 2 has option B, and so on while keeping everything else same?Can it perform actions or currently capabilities can fetch data only?Thanks!

Hi team,I tried multiple ways to disable the welcome mail while importing users through kickstart method.1. In import file setRecieveMails= FALSE2. Disable "New User to user" (subject : Welcome to Workfront) mail notification in system level.In documentation it mentioned by default invite mail not triggered while uploading users through import method but it triggering mails in both (sandbox and prod) environment.note: I noticed some of the users not getting emails but most of the users getting mails.Please let me know how to deactivate this welcome mail notification  while doing import new users through kickstart method.thank you in advance.  

Has anyone else today or in the past had issues uploading a PPTX file into a Proof?   We were able to do this until recently.  I've confirmed all the correct requirements are being me but the file spins and eventually errors out.    At first it seemed to be one file and now it seems to be any PPTX file.  I have a support ticket open however, they are still working on the issue.  Thanks!Angie

Ahoy, I met with a coworker who wanted a report. This happens sometimes. The report was to have columns for values which appear on an Issue and its resolved Project. One of the columns involved the name which is used on a Typeahead field. I know that typeheads are their own thing Object-wise, so I was unsure how to do this. Here's the text mode of the column: displayname=Issue: CTEE - ESL Namelinkedname=CTEE - ESLnamekey=view.relatedcolumnnamekeyargkey.0=CTEE - ESLnamekeyargkey.1=namequerysort=DE:CTEE - ESL:namevaluefield=CTEE - ESL:namevalueformat=customReferenceObjectAsString I tried just appending a "project:" to the appropriate bits, and it didn't work. Before I beat my brains out of my head, am I missing something simple with this? (I'm assuming the answer is 'yes.') -j

I have a typeahead custom field (of type 'Project') defined in one of my custom form; custom form is attached to Issues. Name of project is "Resource By" in example below. I want to create an issue report and display description and owner of the attached project on that issue report. When I try that, I am able to only display name of project, but cannot display anything else. Curious to know if others manage packaging artwork at a component level (ie, primary packaging, secondary packaging, carton, label, etc.) within a project and if so, how they're managing it.  We're moving project management ownership from an external agency to in house and assessing level to manage it at go forward.  Tks!

I’m trying to build a dashboard for our marketing team that includes a report showing each user's weekly capacity vs their planned hours. Hi everyone,  I’m looking for some advice regarding an issue with a custom form. My colleague created a custom form that uses a Concat formula referencing a date field from another custom form on the same object in a different format. The formula previously worked as expected, but now displays the date as one day later than the original field. We think this may be related to the time, which is currently showing as 00:00 on all date fields in the first form. Has anyone encountered this issue or can offer guidance? Thank you! 

I am creating an Issue via API on a Request Queue. This issue is converted to Project manually using a template. Tasks, configured in template, are added to converted project. Now I want to write an Workfront Event Subscription which will notify me Whenever a task is created on a converted project whose issue's Request Queue is same always.

Is it possible to freeze columns in a report for when you are making a report that has tons of columns (so when you scroll a column stays). Calling out this is NOT in canvas reporting yet

I created an Intake Email request queue that we are exploring using to capture documents/email previews which would apply the documents into various projects for review and approval.   The csv and pdf in the testing intake queue are showing up in the documents as expected, but any attached .MSG documents are not being added to the request documents via the email intake process.    We are able to add .msg files manually into documents after to confirm it accepts those as documents, but does not appear to be recognizing these as an attachment in an email.   Is this expected and a limitation with email intake?  Is there a way to turn on acceptance of .msg attachments and applying them in the documents? Email that was sent to intake included 3 attachments:  Request (issue) created only captured 2 of the documents (csv and pdf) and is missing .msg attachment:     

Does anyone know if the API has a direct URL link to any note/comment made on objects such as projects, issues, documents or tasks? I see that on all comments now, there is a "copy link" option next to the note in the threads but cant seem to place which API code that goes with. I can recreate a note URL using a CONCAT expression in a report but when added to a report it shows the full url text, and while it is a hyperlink it is very long and not report friendly. What I want to show is a shorter text like "Link to comment, that hyperlinks to the note's URL. 

Hi,I created an Hours Report to collect hours from different projects and users. However, the report is not capturing all hours from the parent tasks. I need it to include hours registered in both child tasks and parent tasks, since many users log their time directly to parent tasks. Could you help me identify what might be missing in this report? Looking for your expertise and suggestion. Regards

Hi All,a calculated custom field of mine is behaving like a bad boy. Can someone please help me with taming it? : )I have a form that is attached both to the Task and Issue objects.The form contains a calculated field (called ObjcodeDebugCombined) that is meant to flag up if certain settings on the Task/Issue record are not aligned to the expectations, i.e.:On a Task: the Task Constraint is not "Fixed Dates" OR the Duration Type is not "Simple"On an Issue: the Issue type is not "Request"Here's the calculation:IF(($$OBJCODE="TASK"&&({durationType}!="S"||{taskConstraint}!="FIXT"))||($$OBJCODE="OPTASK"&&{opTaskType}!="REQ"),"failed","") The problem is that this field is not recalculated when it should be. More precisely:When a Task/Issue record is created (with the custom form attached), the field is calculated correctly.When another custom field is updated on the Task/Issue record, it (ObjcodeDebugCombined) is recalculated properly.When a native field (e.g.

Workfront proof now opens in a new tab versus having the close window button and returning the project. Is this always going to happen or will this be fixed so you can return to the previous window with the close button?

Can we set the format of a date field(standard or custom or Calc date field) to YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss.fffZ on a report using advanced text mode? I see only below field formats available under advanced options. The one I am looking for is not available by default.  Can someone please advise on this?Currently we are trying this on a report the normal way, later we want to integrate AEM with Workfront to auto-populate this field from AEM. will there be any issue or impact later with this integration on this field formats? TIA!
