I am having an issue where I have users assigned to tasks however their hours are showing zero. This changed when I updated the task assignments to be their job role names instead of their actual user name because I am working with 300+ projects and want to resource level. Any insight into why their hours might be showing zero if they're assigned to a task with hours? Also note that each of the project tasks are set to start and end during work hours.

Hi everyone,We’re a few months live with Workfront and the team I have moved into are very much “use it because we have to” users. The main obstacle (like many I am reading) is the amount of clicks that activation teams feel they have to do on top of their very manual work - they don’t see a benefit to updating the details accurately, so they basically close everything as complete after they've done the work (I know 😥). We’re working on the “create and show the benefits” part, but I’m wondering, how does everyone use planned vs actual dates and how much importance do you put on this and marking the status accurately.Do you set a planned schedule once and leave it as is, but be firm on accurately marking tasks in progress/complete so you can use “actual” dates in reporting, or do you constantly update the planned schedule to be accurate and rely on that solely, or something else?I should note, we don’t have PMO’s for most of our teams. Reaching out to the community to see if anyone has successfully automated the process of adding and deactivating users in Workfront, particularly when using Fusion alongside the Admin Console. We’re trying to understand what’s possible, what limitations exist, and any potential pitfalls to watch out for. If you’ve implemented this, did you require a developer, or were you able to accomplish it as a system admin? Did you partner with Adobe Consulting Services, or build it internally? Any tips, lessons learned, or best practices would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I have a use case where I need to be able to filter on a report to pull in Monday through Sunday for the next week into the following week. For example, dates would be 4/6 - 4/19. This report is ideally ran on Friday’s but could be run on a Thursday if there was a holiday. I have set up a filter against my date field to show $$TODAY+3d between $$TODAYe+16d which does work if the report is only run on a Friday. Is this possible to hard code or would I need to have the end user default to using a prompt to ensure accuracy. Thank you!

Does anyone know of a good method to audit all custom Statuses?  We have a large amount of groups that each use different status lists.  Is there any way to export this data so it can be reviewed and updated?

Hi,Is there a way to search for a WF Planning user in Fusion, given that user’s ID? I am trying to get the name and email from a user, based on the ID provided in the Created By field of a Planning record. I know I can search for a user details via this API internal/user?name=<user_name>  but as far as I could tell, it does not allow me to search by ID. Thanks in advanceJoao

Please, please bring back the option to toggle off the ability to edit the assignee on a task for the Standard users access level!! This is an incredibly important feature for my team and an easy way that work will fall through the cracks, lose track of accountability, and cross functional alignment. There is also no current way that I am notified of changed user on a task. If I was notified, this would be a helpful way to monitor changes but alterations are happening unbeknownst to me and will quickly become a very large problem to audit. Please help!

It would be nice to have the functionality to tag all people on the proof in a comment by using “@everyone” so we don’t have to tag 8 different people each time.  Using tagging a team doesn’t work the way our division is structured.  Thanks!

I am struggling with saving the data on a custom form when I use an external lookup field with a webhook. I have successfully connected a webhook to a lookup field that returns results that match the user’s input. However, it sometimes saves the option the user clicks on and sometimes wipes the field back out when the user clicks away. From my searching, it may be that the form has nothing to “grab onto”, as in an id.  I don’t know if that’s the cause of my issue or not, but I haven’t been successful creating a json path to return linked label/value pairs, only a single label or ‘all fields’. I also haven’t been able to pass the data somewhere else without it still being linked to the original field, so as soon as the original field goes blank, everything else does as well.  I was toying with having a WF webhook listen for when the fields populate, but in my initial test, it doesn’t seem to see a change while the form is still being edited. Can anyone offer me some insight into how I c
