Hi,Let me explain what I’m trying to do.We have a custom user typeahead field. When that field is populated with someone’s name and the ticket is raised, I want the ticket status to change to CLIENT REVIEW. Once the status changes, the approver should be the person whose name is entered in the typeahead field (the name could be different for each ticket). After that person approves, the ticket status should move back to NEW, where the default approval process (applied to all requests) should start.My Fusion scenario works up to fetching the user ID from the typeahead field, but I’m unable to set the approver based on that field.Can you confirm whether this is possible? Regards,Diksha G.

With the recent UI changes to Fusion, it is now less clear when a route is disabled.The previous UI showed a red circle with a line through it to indicate a disabled route, the new UI just greys out the connecting line between modules.For enabled routes, the color of the connecting dots depends on the modules that link connects. Particularly between a router and a Tools module, the color change for an enabled vs a disabled route is very slight.This will make it more difficult to quickly see that a route has been disabled. Please bring back the red circle with the line through it.

Hi Workfront SME’s- late last week, hundreds of very old proofs appeared in the My Approvals widget for several users in our Workfront instance (our Deputy CMO has 184 proofs from 2022 & on- the normal amount is 10). Did anyone experience a similar issue? We have had several instances of the My Approvals widget being out of sync with the Proofing module. This issue has happened to us 8 times since May 2025. I sent off a ticket to Adobe on Friday morning asking tech support to re-sync WF & the proofing module immediately, and I AM STILL WAITING for the re-sync to happen. Meanwhile, with hundreds of outdated proofs in the widget, it is causing confusion about what does or does not need to be reviewed, is causing delays on feedback & approvals, and is forcing people to create workarounds such as sending assets via email for approval, which could cause problems for us with internal audits in the future. 

Hi, it seems that the latest updates of the Experience League has reset the lastest changes of the Community user profiles and also the conversations, questions and ideas of the last few weeks are missing:Profile name and communication preferences are reset: I change my community user name from a generic to specific, uploaded an image, … everything is gone. Questions, Conversations and Ideas are missing: A gap of 1 month. Subscriptions are missing: Don’t receive the email notification about new topics. Achievements are missing Level is back downCan it be that the data were not correctly migrated? Will Adobe add the delta back. As an enterprise organization, managing, tracking and auditing changes in our Fusion scenarios that are driving business automation and processes is required.    We currently manage this manually on spreadsheets and such but this is a challenge to ensure its always updated. Idea!   Incorporate the ability to Check Out and Check In a Fusion scenario to better track and control changes.   Other options could include simply include requiring admin update comments (modal form to capture?) upon activation of any scenario.What are we looking for?  Ability to identify which scenarios are being worked on Ability to require updates and comments related to changes that are being made Ability to limit turning on scenarios that have not been checked in (risk control) Ability to better report on changes by who, when and what update notes were included

Is there a way to identify document move from 1 folder to another in fusion?

Has anybody been able to successfully create a connection in Fusion with Power BI?Last night I attempted to create a connection.  A dialog box opened up indicating I needed approval from my organization’s admin.  I filled out the request, and overnight I received an email from Microsoft confirming that my request for access to Workfront Fusion PowerBI Connector was approved.I tried again just now to create the connection--a pop-up window opens, but the login authorization doesn’t work; I get a message: “An error occurred.  Connection failed.”Has anybody else seen this?  I wanted to check before filing a ticket.

In our organization, each business unit (BU) has its own portfolio. Within these portfolios, programs are organized and aligned to the respective BU. However, is there a solution for a program to span across multiple BUs—essentially, for a single program to be associated with more than one portfolio?

Hi everyone,Hoping someone can help me out here. I’ve been tasked to figure out how to create a multi-stage proofing workflow but if an approver in stage 1 rejects the proof, stage 2 and any subsequent stages will not be activated. I’ve tested this and it does not seem to work. In my stage 2, I’ve made sure to select “All decisions are Approved or Approved with changes on parent stage” in order to activate Stage 2. I had one approver reject and one approver approve in stage 1 and stage 2 was still activated. I had also tested using “All decisions are Approved on parent stage” to see if that would work but it did not. Stage 2 was still activated even when 1 approver rejects…. Any tips on what went wrong or how this should be set up differently? Any insights would be appreciated!Thanks!

I am trying to create a dashboard for a director who wants to see not only the info of those she manages, but also the ones below her. For example:Director manages A and B. A manages person 1 and person 2. B manages person 3 and person 4.The director wants to see info about A, B, as well as person 1, 2, 3, and 4.Right now, I am only able to see those she manages directly, using the User > Manager ID = $$USER.ID.I would also like this report to be use-able with other directors down the line.Is there a way to show in reports (both reports and calendar reports) not only her direct manages, but those below?It might be a common need so if there’s a plethora of existing resources for this, please let me know!Thank you!

Anybody know why a job from 2024 is showing up suddenly on my CMO’s approval list? To solve the mystery, I checked the filters in our Pending Approval Requests by Due Date report and would love to know how to exclude non-current proof versions.  Thank you!Jenny Williams

Is it possible to retain the original intra-project ID on a Request that has been routed to a Request queue?We have Requests that are intra-project Requests. These Requests route to a certain Request Queue. We want to find a way using a calculated field or use Fusion to determine the Project that this Request originated from. When we use a calculated field or use Fusion, the Project info for the Request is always showing the Request Queue that the Request has been routed to.Please advise.

Hi All, I am currently trying to use the SharePoint Online module "Get a Folder" with "Enter Manually" selected in the Enter Site, Drive and File IDs field. However, I am unable to format the "Folder Path" field correctly. I have tried multiple ways of retrieving the path of a folder in SharePoint with no success. Are there examples of anyone using this module successfully or documentation I could be pointed to?  Thanks.Padraic

Hi! I am trying to create a calendar that shows user’s open tasks (individual and group tasks).Users want to exclude tasks where they’ve selected “done with my part” even if the task is still open.Is there a way to filter for this in the calendar report?Thank you!
