Reports Edits Opening to Text Mode

Hi all - 

Any idea why when you go to edit a Report...say you want to edit the Grouping or Filtering...it automatically opens to the Text Mode….and then when you switch it to Standard you lose some of your Filtering or Groupings.  This didn’t use to be case...the default would open to the Standard mode...then you could switch it to Text Mode if needed.  

Any idea how to fix this?
