Hi All, I have a Wistia video embedded on this page https://learn.swordhealth.com/resources/videos/cut-costs-and-complexity-with-access-to-digital-healthcare which is hosted on Framer. It has the Munchkin code of course and I can track visitors on the page. However, there is no viewing data passing over.  here is my activity log showing its capturing the page visit.   Here is my activity log hosted on a different subdomain and all the activity passes.  Is anyone else using Framer with Wistia and how have you overcome this. I asked Framer and they weren't any help. 

I’m just trying to pull in data from every person that signs up and completes or tool so it’s a ScoreApp to Marketo integration. I did all the steps, creating the API user, setting up the launch point service, etc in Marketo and now I’m just trying to create the Zap that brings over the data from ScoreApp to marketo and when I do the test itFailed to create a http request in MarketoInvalid URLMy set up is in the picture attached.  It’s pulling in the data, I can see my form submits info being pulled into the URL.  What am I doing wrong? 

Hello, I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions for the best way to capture and save the emails we send to our customers, and ideally how to get those emails saved into customer service files.  We are required to have an exact copy of each email a customer receives for compliance purposes. Currently, when we send emails, we BCC an internal company Outlook inbox set up specifically for Marketo emailing so we have a copy of the exact email each customer receives saved for our records. From there, our IT team is able to grab each email from the Outlook inbox and route it to the correct customer file. However, Outlook has a maximum of 3,000 emails allowed to hit an inbox at once. This is causing issues, as our email sends are generally more than 3,000 so we have to do each send in multiple batches.  We reached out to our Marketo contact and they suggested bypassing the Outlook BCC issue with an SMTP relay service. Hi,We are sending  sample emails via API (/rest/asset/v1/email/{id}/sendSample.json) to an email alias. Email alias has & in the alias name ex: my&email@test.com. For some reason sample is not delivered to the email alias which has &. Email is been delivered successfully to myemail@test.comWe suspect & in the email alias could be causing the issue. Having issue with sharing Marketo Landing Page on LinkedIn. When we share the page, it’s not pulling in the image on LinkedIn. It’s working fine on Facebook. I’ve adjusted the metatag a couple of times, but it’s not working for LinkedIn. Hello,I'm sending an email to our entire database to confirm their newsletter subscription details. The user will click on a Marketo email and be taken to our Marketo preference landing page. All fields pre-fill, tested a couple of emails, except for the newsletter boolean option fields. I've checked the form, and pre-fill is set up for both the form and individual fields.Has anyone encountered this problem?

I'm attempting to do some analysis on our unsubscribe data by looking at segments of people (purchasers vs. prospects) and determining on an aggregate level how many days passed between their most recent opt-in, and when they unsubscribed.  I'm hoping to lump this data into a couple different buckets of lengths of time they were on our list before unsubscribing:7 daysBetween 7 and 30 daysBetween 30 and 90 daysBetween 90 and 365 daysOver 365 daysWe hope to use this data to determine if there's some "frequency fatigue" at play - i.e., are we sending too many emails, and is this disproportionately impacting one segment over another.   One issue I'm trying to work around is data retention limits in Marketo (e.g., some data is only keep for 90 days, others 25 months, etc.) Another (even bigger) issue is trying to figure out how to report in bulk on this, instead of having to dive into hundreds of individual activity logs.  My first attempt is something along th

Hi,   We have an audience list that is being synced to Meta and LinkedIn via the ad integration.   I can see that people are being tracked cause of the UTM parameters we're using and I do see the parameters in the anonymous report.   If one of the anonymous people clicks a link in a Marketo email, would their existing web activity history be merged and we can filter for it using the visited web page + querystring constraint?   I asked perplexity and this is the reply that I received: So when an anonymous person clicks a link in an email, does that also merge and record their anonymous web activity or is that only captured if they fill out a form?   Answer When an anonymous person clicks a link in a Marketo email, it triggers the merging of their anonymous activity into a known person record, but it does not neces

Hello - I have an email and would like to send a follow up to all contacts to received the email, but either didn't open it OR opened it and didn't click. My question is, does the "didn't click link" filter include people who didn't open the email (since they obviously didn't click anything either)?

Has anyone else experienced the following error message? If you have, did you manage to resolve it? Unable to resolve a calendar agent for [dynamic chat] due to system error. The error seems to be intermittent, I don't seem to be able to find what is causing the issue.I have just tested and I have been able to book meetings with 3 of the users, then it failed with the error.I have checked all users have synced their calendars. This has been occurring for 2 weeks. Sometimes I can book and sometimes I get the error.  any suggestion welcome. thanks.  

There has recently been an update to the LinkedIn integration.  Its seems that leads are now being delivered in batch updates rather than in realtime.  Does anyone else have an issue with this?

I’ve compiled advice that I’ve gotten from other Marketo Engage Champions as well as my own experience taking the Adobe Certified Expert-Marketo Engage Business Practitioner (formerly Marketo Certified Expert) exam last year. I hope this helps set you up for success in your journey becoming Marketo Engage certified!   PSI vs Examity   There are two companies that provide remote administration of Marketo exams: PSI and Examity. PSI uses their own software to administer the exam. You can’t download or test your connection ahead of time, which can cause delays when you are ready to take your exam. Examity uses remote meeting software to proctor the exam (which you probably already have installed on your computer). This means you can test ahead of time and jump right into the exam when you log in.   I used Examity for my exam last year,

Does anyone know if Marketo has an interactive program for import with all the assets? I did not see one in the Program Library.

We are trying to use on embedded form on various non-mkto pages, being held in various sized containers, and I am looking to figure out how to make the 2-column form either be a smaller width 2-column form, and for the larger container one - span the form/fields evenly to fit the width of the larger container. For example - this page should have a 2-column form just smaller fields to fit the container (https://marketo-conversion--marketing-stage.netlify.app/ontario-volleyball-association). This is the same form in a different container, and see how there is more whitespace to the right (https://marketo-conversion--marketing-stage.netlify.app/leagues-and-clubs/signup) - click on "Sign up for a Trial" on the top tabs. And since one field spans the 2 columns - its responsiveness is non-existent in both scenarios. 

I've been working on trying to get UTM cookie values to send to Marketo when someone clicks a link.It's similar to this issue that was posted awhile ago. There are some situations where a user will navigate to a separate page and then drop the UTM's from the URL. So we are trying to capture those from the cookies and then send them to Marketo via a JavaScript click event. I've been reading and testing using the munchkin clickLink function, but I'm not sure that it's sending correctly. I've been reading up on some items here an there, but I haven't been able to find much around the clickLink within this specific scenario. I'm wondering if this is possible to do without needing to use a hidden form of some sort.  

I am looking for a way to add a datalayer push to a Marketo form button. I thought I had seen a way to add code awhile back in design studio but I must have been mistaken. Is there a way to push a datalayer event with the click of the form button?

Hi all! Is anyone else using SundaySky's new data connector for Marketo? They launched it in May, and I set it up for our SundaySky instance. I believe it's communicating, because I was able to map all our fields, but when I sent a test email with a test video with personalization in it, it doesn't work. (I was previously able to pass Marketo data to SundaySky using URL parameters, but we'd prefer to use the API. Marketo is already a vetted/approved system by our IT department, and this way SundaySky doesn't store a duplicate set of data or provide PII in URLs.)
