Hello there, I'm Jiwon.I would like to additionally track web activities on a completely new domain that is different from the domain name currently set on my instance. If this is possible, how should I modify the existing Munchkin code? Also, I have one more question:Can I distinguish activities by domain in the activity log of person? I hope someone can help me. Does anyone know if you can delete an event partner from LaunchPoint services? Trying to delete BrightTalk and since there are past events associated to it, it cannot be removed. The only way to unlink the webinars from the event service is to remove all members first, and we definitely do not want to do that. It is more of a cleanup than anything else, but if anyone has any experiences/suggestions I would love to hear them.Thanks,Jason

In our team, campaign planning happens in Salesforce where details about the url being tracked are entered. These url's then needs to be used to create the Smart lists in marketo. This process is error prone & time consuming. I would like to be able to create a utility that will be a Marketers assistant that will take the URL from Salesforce and generate the Marketo Smart List.I read that this isn't possible today. Is this on the product roadmap by any chance?

Hi, I will apply utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign to my landing pg link that will be converted to a QR code for people to scan.Do I have to create new field values in Marketo for each of these utm parameters to support these efforts?Will be hidden fields in the form. If so, would it be best to create those in our CRM system and then they'd sync down as new field values into Marketo? (using Microsoft Dynamics)Wondering: does Salesforce have those parameters already built in? Thank you.

My salesforce admin team have created a new object linked to an Opportunity.I wanted to check if this should be visible in Marketo? I have visited the Salesforce Objects Sync following these instructions https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/marketo/using/product-docs/crm-sync/salesforce-sync/setup/optional-steps/enable-disable-custom-object-sync I have a couple of questions if anyone could assist? 1) If I disable the global sync, I am assuming that the back log will be dealt with, and their will be an option to renable the global sync.2) to refresh the Schema will this be ok to run during the day, is it heavy on calls?3) the schema isn't showing in the search bar, will this new schema appear once I have completed Step5? Just a bit nervous of grinding everything to halt and it not be doing what I'm expecting. thanking you

Hi, I'm just looking for a steer on the best approach... I want to set up a trigger to listen for changes in an opportunity, and then send an email. This will be a custom field = True and the Stage has changed to Closed Won. What is the best way to identify the recipient. is it best I identify the person and add them to a list and then send the email once they hit the list? Or is the email going to be sent to all the related contacts in Contract roles? The field I need to use are not live in Salesforce yet, so I have limited testing on the actual fields.   Any guidance is very welcome.

We are looking to fetch the activity log of contacts into our CRM. However, I’m currently unable to identify which field stores the activity details and the type of activity associated with each person, along with the relevant API to access this information.

Has anyone had luck with collecting ECIDs into Marketo when using Web SDK (alloy.js) for data collection on a website?  The automatic collection of ECIDs worked fairly well when using the ECID service (Visitor.js) as the Munchkin.js script contains logic to read in the AMCV cookie and pass this information in visitWebPage and clickLink calls in the _mchEcid query string parameter, resulting in the ECIDs field being populated in Marketo anonymous and known lead records.  However, when using Web SDK (alloy.js), this ECID sync no longer functions as different cookies are used for identity storage (kndctr_<ORG_ID>_identity), which Munchkin.js does not attempt to read.  I am trying to do this manually by including the ECID as a custom parameter in visitWebPage and clickLink calls, but it doesn't seem to function quite the same as the behavior observed when using Visitor.js.  With Visitor.js, based on my testing, existing lead records would be updated

Hi,I have selected my form, but it is positioned to the right of section 2. However, Another part of section 2 is a text block that is left alignment. I would like my form centered, but if I eliminate the text block in section 2, my form still remains right aligned.I cannot hide section 2 as the form is built into that section. I have not had this issue before and the code is matching other templates I've worked with before, so unsure what I can do within the program set up to resolve without affecting the base, master template? Thank you.

We are managing soft bounces with below condition to mark them marketing suspended.Soft bounces - any - 3 times - past 90 daysANDNot delivered email - any - 3 times - past 90 daysWe are capturing many records. But we come cross a scenario,When we check soft bounces and delivered email, I can see many records where Email delivered captures in Activity log and then soft bounces occurs (I also noticed 'Email Delivered' activity took place before 'Send Email'), but we can't capture these records in our marketing suspended as we consider 'Not Delivered Email".Why Marketo captures Email delivered first and soft bounces occurs for some records? Do we have any solution to capture who got first Email Delivered and then Soft bounces  into our Marketing Suspended tag?

I see people adding GA4 and/or GTM tracking for Marketo LPs. Is this necessary? I don't want Marketo LPs to compete with our website's ranking. I don't want Marketo LPs to show up in SERPs because a handful of those pages are very old and have wrong information. So, just using Marketo analytics to observe the LPs' traffic is good enough?

 Hi Folks, I am facing one issue while merging the field based on the email IDS. Merge failure – unable to perform a merge operation in the natively synced CRM. We enabled the feature Marketo Sync User Convert Leads in Salesforce. But still face the issue. Here are a few key observations:I elevated a case where both records had the same SFDC type (i.e., Contact-to-Contact or Lead-to-Lead), yet the issue persists.However, when the SFDC types are different (e.g., Lead-to-Contact, Contact-to-list-Import, etc), the merge completes successfullyy. Your suggestions will be helpful

Hi all, I am a new Marketo user so looking for some support. For creating a simple email, I can see that the text size, font, type, is exactly the same in various paragraphs, yet when I send out a sample email/test, the font is different. Hi All,Has any had any issues with Marketo Measure where campaigns/revenue is falling into the Other channel. We have set up and integrated all of our socials (google, Bing, Yahoo etc), I have also added the to the online channels, made sure all UTMS are correct and yet I still have around 100 campaigns falling into that category. We have had numerous internal meetings with the appropriate teams too to make sure that all bases are covered. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
