 I need to create a program in a manner for 10000 contacts. We can say: send to 30% on day 1, 30% on day 2 and the remaining 40% on the last day. I'm wondering why there is a discrepancy in the activity log and what could be causing it. In 2 customers activity logs, it shows that they opened an email from a nurture. But theres nothing in the activity log showing that the email was sent. Any reasons why this is happening?

Hello all,A field in our Salesforce is synchronized through a Connector with a field in the Marketo. That field in Salesforce is a text field but we want to change it to a picklist. I know that Marketo deletes the data in the fields if they don’t match. So just to be on the safe side we will export it and re-import it after we change the field type.1. How could this change affect the Marketo field and other things using that field?2. I've read somewhere that typically, Salesforce picklist values will synchronize as text values in Marketo - is this correct?

Hey guys, I was hoping you could help clarify. Our Salesforce admin noticed some activity in Salesforce indicating that the Marketo integration user has been deleting records. While we don’t have any campaigns in Marketo that perform deletions directly in Salesforce, the team is considering removing the integration user’s delete permissions to help isolate the issue. Before making that change, I wanted to understand if there could be any unintended consequences. Since Marketo does handle lead merges, and merges in Salesforce are treated as deletions of the losing record, I’m concerned that restricting delete access might cause sync errors or disrupt merge operations between the two systems. Could you shed some light on the potential impact of removing that permission?

    For those of us in marketing operations who are wired to crave efficiency, governance and time-saving techniques, Marketo Engage tokens have always been a critical part of our process. Until recently, tokens could be created at a local (program) level or at the folder level within Marketing Activities. Fast forward to today, in addition to still having your tried-and-true local tokens, you now have the ability to create instance-wide tokens that can be applied across any program or folder!    You can add and edit global tokens by going to the Admin tab, navigating to the left-hand side navigation tree and clicking My Tokens. When our Adobe leadership first encouraged us to use AI in our work, I was hesitant. Hi,I have a test program created in the year 2018.Today Imported program members via bulk API with program member status as "Member"  and set program member values.API returns status "Queued" and import completed without errorsI do not see any program member when I clicked on program "Members" tab in Marketo UI.ironically, I saw all emails when I exported program members data.Program type is default, channel is emailI can see program members in Marketo UI if I import emails via .csv file manually.Can you please help me to understand what's going wrong Thanks,Babu

Hi everyone,I'm integrating external database lists into Marketo, and part of the business requirement is to create new static lists in Marketo automatically from that external source.The database API requires passing a folder ID or program ID where the lists should be created. However, in the Database section of Marketo, there are only folders and lists, no programs. Also, folders in the Database don’t display any ID in the UI.How can I find the correct folder ID to use in the API request, so the integration knows where to create these new lists within the desired folder in the Database section?Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi,We have 2 websites on separate domains, that we want track with a single Marketo instance. Site 1Munchkin tracking codeMarketo forms Site 2Munchkin tracking codeSalesforce commerce forms Our plan is to submit the munchkin tracking ID along with the Salesforce form, which will then be used in a Push Lead API call  to associate the visitor activity with the lead after it is synced to Marketo. However, if a lead first fills out a standard Marketo form on Site 1, and then fills out the form on Site 2 (triggering the process above), what will happen? Will the lead become associated with the munchkin ID of Site 2 only, and Site 1 activity will no longer be tracked? Or does Marketo maintain the association of multiple tracking IDs? Thanks,

As part of Marketo Engage's migration to Adobe Identity Management System (IMS), the product URL has changed and now includes a different domain: Old Domain: xxxx.marketo.comNew Domain: experience.adobe.com   Why This Matters Depending on how your VPN or proxy is configured, your network may dynamically assign a different source IP address based on the destination URL. Because the destination domain has changed, your previous routing rules may no longer apply—resulting in a different source IP being used than before the migration. This becomes a critical issue when IP restrictions are enabled, potentially blocking users from accessing Marketo Engage.   What You Should Do To ensure consistent access and avoid disruptions: Inform your IT department about the domain change. Hi, We are using a Salesforce Commerce experience with a non-Marketo form, which creates leads in Salesforce, which then sync over to Marketo. However, no Marketo web visit data is being collected, so I'm looking to use the Push Lead to Marketo endpoint to send the submission to Marketo and tie it to the web visit data being collected by Munchkin (already installed on the commerce site). How do I do this to avoid conflicts with the same lead being created in both systems?Can I just associate the lead that is initially created in SF with the munchkin cookie somehow? Thanks!
