Is anyone successfully using a looping video in your interactive webinar lobby in Marketo?

I haven’t tried it, but I would assume you can upload a gif. Do you want your video to have sound?

I’m able to view the looping video in the interactive webinar lobby. I tested it with both video and audio enabled, and it works as expected after applying the “Loop playback” and “Hide playback bar” settings.

Are you facing any particular issue while using the looping video? If you share the issue, I’d be happy to check.

Thanks for the quick reply. So, I’m using the lobby video and a recorded video for the webinar. Would you suggest splicing these videos together or starting the lobby video in one pod and the recorded webinar in another pod after the lobby video has ended?

@Sadona I would recommend using separate pods—one for the lobby video for early joiners and another for the recorded webinar. This will make the transition cleaner and give us better control over the experience.
