Does AJO have the ability to deploy an email on one date and resend that same email 2 days later to only those profiles who didn't open the original email? Is this achievable? If so, how?

Can you read an audience in AEP while building abandoned basket journey in AJO?For example, if someone abandons the basket, I only want to send out the email if the person falls into a specific AEP segment.  Is this possible?

Hi everyone, I’m trying to create an audience in Adobe Journey Optimizer that dynamically collects all customers who's birthday will turn 30 years old exactly 30 days from today. I need the audience to refresh daily, so it can be used to trigger a birthday campaign journey and send emails as customers approach their 30th birthday. There is an example in home page "Send a birthday message to customers" but it is not available and showing "coming soon". I also searched here, but only found a way of finding birthday in this month or today. How can I set up this audience with a dynamic date calculation that refreshes every day?Any insights or best practices would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Hi, We are building a journey where we need to target people based off a specific plan they have stored across an array. They can have multiple plans of multiple different types, so their position isn't known and it can vary based off profile. If we build an audience to qualify someone based off a specific plan and plan criteria, when it comes to outputting in a custom action or using personalization and we have to use plan details for personalization, how do we make sure the dynamic content is reflecting the details from the specific plan that qualified them for the journey/campaign to begin with? we can't just insert a field for plan # because it can display the incorrect plan on their profile, not the one we are trying to target. what would be the steps to take to pinpoint this plan in the easiest/user friendly way possible? With a tool that's going to be heavily used by marketers, we want to avoid using advanced expressions across hundreds of campaigns.

Hello!I am trying to create a fragment which can be customized in the content section.Use case is: User should be able to customize the color of CTA button, change the background color, highlight text with color.I could not find any related document or example on this. Please help.

When using an API Triggered campaign, is it possible to ensure that the customer profiles that that are sent in by the 3rd party API are eligible for email/sms (i.e. have both opted in and have NOT opted out)? We have the opt-in / out data available within AEP. The use case is, that we are helping to send out a highly personalized, one to one message to a subset of our clients but we also need to ensure that the individual is qualified to send the email/sms to based on our marketing eligibility. The data for the personalized email is coming from a group that does not use nor has access to the marketing emails eligibility data. And the data in the emails needs to be perfect and controlled which is why we do not want to load it to AEP.  Is there a different campaign/journey construct that we should be considereing/using

All,  I have a client that would like to italicize a portion of their email Subject Line. I've tried to use a few options (Cntl+I ; <i></i>), but none seem to work. Does Email Designer not offer any font options for the SL?

Hi there, We have one app surface that has both android & iOS configured, and we prefer not to split them up to different app surfaces. And I am wondering if there's a way in Campaigns and Journeys, that we can target only specific device types (iOS/Android).  In test mode, I've tried entering one single ECID, and it fires a push notification to all my devices (Android/iOS). We have been using AJO for almost 3 years and have built over 1400 audiences.  Some are archived, some are still used. The interface only shows 25 per page....so we have 58 pages.    Is there a way to export a list of the audience names, ideally with the description, created, last used.  I need to be able to provide some overarching direction, spot any inconsistencies to the department/teams and need to see the patterns by reviewing in an excel/table format. Can this be exported?
