Subject Line Font in AJO - Email Designer

All,

I have a client that would like to italicize a portion of their email Subject Line. I've tried to use a few options (Cntl+I ; ), but none seem to work. Does Email Designer not offer any font options for the SL?

Hi @montezh2001 ,

Not all email clients support these SL formatting options, the results might vary for recipients using different email services.

Basically, not all recipients will see the formatted subject line as intended, especially if they use different email clients or have specific settings that strip out HTML.

Thanks,

David

@montezh2001 Either I don't see that's working. I did try that with fragments, but that didn't help. It's getting reflected in the fragment setup but not when using it in the subject line. Maybe you can open a support ticket on this.

Thanks, Sathees
