To be able to maintain and change item used in emails from a centralized place it would be nice if we can be able to use Email Fragments into other Fragments. It you create a button that is common to use or f ex a table of Social Media symbols with links that you could and would like to use in different context in a different setup - regarding the mail that you are sending. Standard fragments like buttoms, social media symbols and links, could be stored and used into other fragments (that is the one yoy actually drags and drop when you create a new email). When a symbol or a button color must be changed you can just go into that one "small" fragment - change it, and the change is replicated into all the fragments where this is used. Nesting of standard items (fragments) to be used as building blocks in other segments will lift the email possibilities a lot. I am looking to run a campaign in AJO quarterly, however out of the box I only see daily, weekly, monthly. Are there any other places to adjust scheduling outside of these fixed parameters?
Hi Team, I was creating email content from journey optimizer and while i try to do a test mode , I am getting the error in test mode and the error is as below- "The message has not been published" and the error code that i see in the log is - CJMCMP-2202-400 So not sure if there is any issue with the email body or the email channel as such, as i do not see any alert shown in the email body. And also do not see where to publish the message apart from saving the email body / content. Requesting for any help in here. Thanks,Adithya
Hi,When trying to link and image to my Content template using Image>Source>Select an asset I get an error triangle and the image does not load from AEM. I can link other images from the same AEM folder, but occasionally one image does not want to link properly. In the Source field there is data&colon;image;base64 I delete the image reload and rename and it sometimes it works. I am looking for help to fix and avoid this.
Hi, I have tried clicking on un-subscribe button while Proof Send in simulate content 1. When I tried using 2 step Opt Out via landing page (Email Identity type)Opt Outs are Recorded at Profile level and similar Events are also generated in Profile2. When I Opt Out using One Click Opt Out Link ( at Identity Level )Out Out Consents are not recorded at Profile level, Although I can see Events are tracked for direct Opt Out. is This the Expected behavior of Simulate Content Opt Outs at Identity Level?
What is the difference between Channel (email) and Email Identity in the landing page opt-out? In the documentation, it is mentioned that opt-in or opt-out applies to all email addresses of a profile with Channel (email). In the case of work email, billing email, etc., how does AJO recognize communication preferences for all emails? https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/landing-pages/landing-pages-design/lp-content A profile would receive an email based on the Execution field; let’s assume it is personalEmail.address. It is always one email address to which the email would be sent through multiple email addresses available at the profile level.. I would like to understand how the consent is registered back into the profile when there are numerous email addresses, in the case of Channel (email) and Email Identity.
Hi, I have created offers based on male and female audiences, when i try to evaluate the decision scope in Simulation with test profile, it only gives the fallback offer, but total profile estimate for both male and female audiences is 1 or more.
A couple of months ago, the web channel was compatible with Decision Management, providing support for personalization via decision scopes on web pages. Recently, Decision Management support of offers for the web channel has been replaced with a new approach, enabling personalization through code-based web experiences via decision policies on inbound surfaces. Would like to understand the reasoning behind this shift. Specifically: What were the challenges in leveraging the existing Decision Management capabilities (e.g., offer API, decision scope on webpages) within inbound surfaces? What key advantages or requirements drove the introduction of the new decisioning functionality for the web experience channel via code-based experiences? Hi Team,I've tested the exitcriteria, but it's not working as expected. Could you please help me identify what might be wrong with the configuration? Test Use-Case:I am creating two audience segments: one containing 4 people (including myself) and another specifically for my profile.While testing, I created a "Read" audience, added the 4-person segment (including my profile), and set exit criteria to exclude my profile. After activating the journey, the email was only sent to the remaining three people. However, I still received the email as well, despite my profile being included in the exit criteria. Hey, Documentation states that "The number of times an offer is proposed is calculated at email preparation time. For example, if you prepare an email with a number of offers, those numbers count towards your max cap regardless of whether or not the email is sent." I would like this explained further. Is the offer capping calculated for the chosen audience in the campaign/journey where the email is created with the offer and are all the possible offers counted towards capping or is it just the offer with highest priority for any profile in the audience. Also do the campaign or journey need to be live for the capping to be counted or is it counted already in draft etc. Thanks,Mikael

I want to able to store all these GIDs and their corresponding dates on the profile level. HI Community, We have noticed that the content version of the HTML code in Content template is getting changed and recently due to that we have seen a background color issue in the previously created content templates because some class has been added Is there any way we can stop overwriting those content version changes in our Content template? Hi Team,I have gone through the documents provided for AJO and it seems we can do frequency capping on a monthly calendar period only. Do we have a work-around to send one email per day to each customers
We are experience that maintenance of Tags is hard do to access rights, especially deleting Tags. It must be easier to change the name and/or to delete a Tag that is not wanted or not just any more. It the Tag feature shall work and be trusted by the users the Tag must be spelled right be generic and have some sort of structure. This is work that is always going on - and the need of change and maintenance will always be there. We see misspelled words, not generic enough and the list includes many tests. This is hard to change and make the tool full of "bad data" - and the user experience will drop over time. During the development of AJO there has come better features regarding deleting audiences. When deleting a audience it will be checked it this audience is connected to another audience and/or a journey. If so you get a error message and info about that connections there is regarding the audience you want to delete. We see the need of the same mindset here rega
Currently even Offers with a Ranking score of 0 will be sent back as a response. It should be possible to avoid sending back Offers to the customer based on the value of the Ranking formula (e.g. if the value is 0).Some conditions need to be generally applied without having the risk that someone forgets to apply them. Therefore these conditions are not put into the Offer eligibilities (recurring risk to forget them) but they are put in the ranking formulas so that they are automatically generally applied.
Develop an AJO native connector with Sinch for Instant Messaging (conversation API), likewise, it exists for the SMS Sinch OOTB connector already.Currently, this integration is only possible through the implementation of Custom Action in AJO. This leads, above adding extra effort for custom solutions, to having a different approach for SMS and IM despite using the same destination with Sinch platform.
