Are Opt Outs Recorded in Profile while Simulating Email Proof?

Hi, I have tried clicking on un-subscribe button while Proof Send in simulate content

1. When I tried using 2 step Opt Out via landing page (Email Identity type)

Opt Outs are Recorded at Profile level and similar Events are also generated in Profile

2. When I Opt Out using One Click Opt Out Link ( at Identity Level )

Out Out Consents are not recorded at Profile level, Although I can see Events are tracked for direct Opt Out.

is This the Expected behavior of Simulate Content Opt Outs at Identity Level?
