Sending Quarterly Campaigns
I am looking to run a campaign in AJO quarterly, however out of the box I only see daily, weekly, monthly. Are there any other places to adjust scheduling outside of these fixed parameters?

in Campaigns you only have Once, daily, weekly or monthly as frequency.
May be you can instead use journey for your usecase. In journeys, When you select Monthly as Scheduler Type, you have the option Repeat every to refine
