Hi Team,
I've tested the exitcriteria, but it's not working as expected. Could you please help me identify what might be wrong with the configuration?
Test Use-Case:
I am creating two audience segments: one containing 4 people (including myself) and another specifically for my profile.
While testing, I created a "Read" audience, added the 4-person segment (including my profile), and set exit criteria to exclude my profile. After activating the journey, the email was only sent to the remaining three people. However, I still received the email as well, despite my profile being included in the exit criteria.
Can anyone help me understand why this is happening? I have attached a screenshot for further clarity.
