Error linking image to Content template?

Hi,

When trying to link and image to my Content template using Image>Source>Select an asset I get an error triangle and the image does not load from AEM. I can link other images from the same AEM folder, but occasionally one image does not want to link properly. In the Source field there is data:image;base64 I delete the image reload and rename and it sometimes it works. I am looking for help to fix and avoid this.
