All,  I have a client that would like to italicize a portion of their email Subject Line. I've tried to use a few options (Cntl+I ; <i></i>), but none seem to work. Does Email Designer not offer any font options for the SL?

Hi there, We have one app surface that has both android & iOS configured, and we prefer not to split them up to different app surfaces. And I am wondering if there's a way in Campaigns and Journeys, that we can target only specific device types (iOS/Android).  In test mode, I've tried entering one single ECID, and it fires a push notification to all my devices (Android/iOS). So I am wondering:1) Is there a way to send push notifications only to a specific ECID2) Is there a way to send push notifications only to Android or iOS devices Thanks,

We have been using AJO for almost 3 years and have built over 1400 audiences.  Some are archived, some are still used. The interface only shows 25 per page....so we have 58 pages.    Is there a way to export a list of the audience names, ideally with the description, created, last used.  I need to be able to provide some overarching direction, spot any inconsistencies to the department/teams and need to see the patterns by reviewing in an excel/table format. Can this be exported?

Automatic wait nodeEach inbound message activity (In-app message, Code-based experience, or Card) comes with a 3-days Wait activity. As inbound messages automatically end when a profile reach out the end of the journey, we assume that you want your users to see it at least for 3 days. Hi Team, I want to use a fragment in compatibility mode so that when I update the href="#" in one place, it will automatically update in another location. Is there a way to achieve this using a helper function or variable? I will attach a screenshot of my HTML for reference. Note: I have attached an AJO screenshot. I want to replace href="#" with a URL in AJO, and have it automatically update all of href="#" within this fragment. How can I achieve this? please refer my 2 nd Screenshot. 

I have an expression fragment syntax "{{#inline "var_1"}}Value_1{{/inline}}" which I want to customize in the email content with the following"{{fragment id='ajo:1f0cd758-e1d5-4034-ba12-d69375018103' mode='inline' var_1='New_Value'}}{{var_1}}". I want the default value "Value_1" to be replaced with "New_Value"; which is not working and giving me the default value "Value_1" instead. Also, popping up a message:"Your message includes contextual data which won't be rendered in Preview & Test features. You can execute the campaign using API to run E2E test with contextual data". Please help. Thanks in advance

You cannot modify your journey when the test mode is activated. When in test mode, you can directly publish the journey, no need to deactivate the test mode before.Above point seems incorrect- I don't see any option in UI to publish when a journey in test mode. is it through API we can publish when a journey in test mode ? Please correct me if I am wrong.https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/orchestrate-journeys/create-journey/testing-the-journey

Hi,I have a use case where I have to send a re-purchase reminder email to profile after 7 days of the first purchase. If there profile purchases before 7 days, I will not send them a reminder to purchase, instead I will send them reminder 7 days after the new purchase date, and this goes on loop.  Case 1: They make a purchase within 7 days, we will not send a reminder and profile will reenter the journey as a new purchase dateCase 2: They do not make a purchase within 7 days, we will send them a reminder. If I use a wait activity for 7 days, what would happen if a profile purchases during these 7 days? I guess it won't be able to enter the journey with the new purchase date? So finally reminder will only be send if they do no repurchase within 7 days of the previous purchase. Please help me understand how can I plan a journey for this use case. TIA

I have the following requirement: An email communication containing a countdown is required. How do I fetch customer interaction data from an external database using SQL to feed into AJO?

Hello All, I am trying to configure AJO Push messaging and added the below field groups in event schema:Experience Event - Proposition ReferenceAEP Mobile Lifecycle DetailsAdobe Experience Edge Autofilled Environment DetailsExperience Event - Proposition Interactions But still is showing error - Your schema does not currently extend the Proposition Interaction schema. Please enable it under Schemas in AEP Data Management. Kindly help. 

Hi,I want to explore all the helper functions (such as function, helper, operator) in Ajo. Is there another way to test all these functions without having to create a field in APE?
