Dear,We are creating an API triggered campaign email, where the trigger includes a series of context attributes to make the content of the email dynamic and personalized.There is one content block with an image that would need to be dynamic, based on a given context attribute from the trigger's payload (e.g. show an image of a dog if the context attribute value is "dog", or a cat if the value is "cat".However, each image is stored on a location and has a random URL, so we cannot make that URL dynamic based on the attribute received in the trigger's payload (i.e. www.example.com/animal/{{animal_name}} would not work).Given we have 90 different images with a random URL that can potentially be displayed based on that attribute, we can not map each image url to each context attribute value within the HTML, as that would make the content way too heavy.How would you make that work? Kind regards,Stephan

Hello All,  Have any of you guys noticed that the images are not rendering  properly when HTMLs are imported/loaded to AJO? What I usually do is when adding emails to a Campaign or a Journey I load the zip file (the zip file includes the .html file and image folder). Then I am directed to choose the destination/folder in Experience Manager Assets. Once chosen the destination folder I can import the zip, then the email will be loaded to AJO Email designer. Lately I have noticed some images are not rendering properly, only the place holders/ thumbnails are visible. In some cases when I clicked Simulate Content, the images which did not render properly rendered fine. Anyhow when I sent the actual proof, all the images were available, which was a happy ending! Even it bothers me a bit not being able to see some of the images rendering properly in AJO, I did not mind it very much since everything was perfect after sending the proof. We have a use-case where in we want to display specific offers to customer based on transaction happening at the moment. So, essentially we want to dynamically retrieve offers based on an input parameter. How can we achieve this in with adobe offers? The input parameters are not part of the audience profile attributes.

While setting up the language setting for multilingual content, I added two locales : one is primary and other one is secondary(preferred language). Now if I click on pencil button of secondary locale(i.e. Finnish) it gives me option to add "profile preferences". If I add one more preferences(eg. Arabic) it gets added to the secondary locale and shows as +1. So, my question is what does it mean by adding more than one preferences into a single locale? Thanks,Duleswar Boro

Hello, I am working to create a visual fragment to use in email templates that has conditional content to show English or Spanish text depending on the profile's language preference. It seemed easy enough after creating a condition for Spanish and having the default be for English.But, when I go to publish this fragment, I get this error:(The attribute's title is "Written Language", but the actual attribute name is mailingLanguage)Has anyone experienced this error before and know how to solve it? This seems super basic, so I am not sure what the problem is. I have used this attribute (and other attributes that also create this error) in templates before without the use of the Conditional Content window without issue. I can do a workaround of pulling the conditions out of the Conditional Content window and embedding them in the HTML, but that tends to not look clean and blow up the visual in the editor.Any help would be amazing. Hi, We are trying to understand which changes the HTML converter makes exactly, when uploading a .zip or HTML file to AJO.The goal would be to provide an HTML version that is adapted for the editor and wouldn't need any conversion to avoid any losses in layout or structure.I couldn't find any documentation on this.Kind regards,Stephan

The Value for Email Opens is incorrect in the New Reporting UI for AJO in AJO and also when opened in CJA.  The Value is seriously under reported.  When the same metric is manually added in CJA, the correct value appears.  The Unique Opens originally shown matches the number of Unique Email Unsubscribers.  

All,  I How do I load an .ics file into AJO or Experience Manager Assets so I can get the link for it. Based on the documentation is a previous post,  they say load to my ESP (AJO) and get the link. I've tried a few methods and the closest I get is a shared link that doesn't work.  If AJO has the capability to load .ics files, can someone let me know how.     

Hi, I want to implement a use case using a custom wait or condition in AJO where the current date should return the day of the week, ensuring that the date is neither a weekend nor a public holiday. If the date falls on either a weekend or a public holiday, the profile should wait until the next valid day. Please guide me on how to implement this using the advanced expression editor in AJO?

Hi all, I have a requirement where I want to start the journey after the user has performed a transaction and an additional event from Pega has been received.The flow of events is such that a transaction will be made by the user at a store, that event will be received via the transaction events dataset (experience event). When the transaction event will occur, there will be another event received soon after it (sometimes it may be received earlier in AEP) containing some offer details. I want to utilise context data from both event calls and use the context data within the message/email.E.g. user went to the store and made a purchase of $X in the store ABC. This transaction is sent to AEP in real time.Because of user's this activity, Pega created an offer and sent it to AEP in real time as well.The catch is sometimes the Pega offer can come earlier and sometimes the transaction event can come earlier.I want the user to only enter the journey when both the events have been rec

Hi Everyone, This is related to a live journey for one of our usecase. We are using audience in the journey which is a streaming evaluation method. After the journey runs, we could see the profile count is 46(Same number that i can see it in Total qualified on Profile Over time section) and audience entered in the journey is 35. So, there were 11 profile is missing. How do we check those missing profile? is this data discrepancy or am i looking at it wrong?  Little help on this would be much appreciated ThanksSoma.B 

We have an unsubscribe page that was LIVE, but somehow it now says draft. The page is still, accessible on the internet but when we try to republish the page we get this error, and it does not let us Publish."Landing page publication failed. In Audience UI, there is a filter to group audiences by 'Data Distiller' as shown in below screenshot. So, I'm just curious how one would create data distiller audience? If possible, documentation link, please.  

We have a scenario where we frequently need to get the 'counts' of different sub-segments by using the Journey tool.   Doing this manually using audiences is not practical with the once a day run.   We get these 'counts' to advise the business team of how many will receive each treatment OR exist the journey.  To accomplish this it requires a journey to be published without any emails actions in the journey. We also have a permission level set that no business team can publish a journey, as this is to avoid accidentally sending an email to the wrong audience. Is there a permission level option to allow journeys to be published IF they do not contact specific actions, such as email?  This would allow the business team to have more access without incurring risk.
