Reactions not working in AJO

Hi Members,

I created a journey with a reaction action after the email action and selected email click on the reaction action. I added a timeout path of 5 days. If the email is not clicked in 5 days then it will go the timeout path. I scheduled the journey and it sent the email correctly , i received the email and i clicked on the link present in it. In my profile in CDP i can see a message.tracking event with link click of type tracked. However i still see that the journey is waiting for click to happen.

What can i be doing wrong?

Thanks,

Arpan

Hi @arpan-garg,

I don't think you're doing something wrong.

Timeout creates a second path for profiles who did not react within the defined duration hence your journey will still be pending. So I will say it's a normal behavior.

I can suggest you to do a verification by adding an email to the click path and see if you're receiving the 2nd email. If yes, then reaction is working as expected.

Thanks,

David

@arpan-garg It works perfectly. Can you look for traces in the journey_step_events dataset by journey with profile Id?
