Assume that my customer has 20 products (FSI Industry). Have you ever done such a use-case - rendering last seen product/service in email using only AJO (not Target)?

Hi Community, Is there anyways I can query the journey properties like: 1. Journey Status 2. Journey Start/End Date 3. Journey Schedule etc Do we have any system datasets storing these values? If not, is there any way to retrieve this info, other than UI? Thanks,Anfal Thanks,Anfal

Hi, I'm currently testing In-App messaging and the In-App works correctly when triggered through a Campaign, but not when triggered through a Journey, even though I'm using the same event trigger (application.launch) in both cases. In the Journey, the event is triggered successfully and the profile enters the In-App step, but the message never displays on the device. There are no errors shown, and the message works as expected when tested via Campaign. Has anyone experienced this behavior? Are there specific considerations or limitations when using In-App within Journeys versus Campaigns?

Hi, when using Audiences for In-App messaging in AJO, are only Edge audiences supported, or can other audience types be used as well?

How do I use Variables and Offer Priority score while creating expression to assign ranking formula

Hello ,Am sending push notifications through a journey. The notifications are being sent and show as successfully delivered in the Sending Statistics section of the journey report. However, I am not seeing any tracking statistics—such as Clicks, CTR, Unique Clicks, or Push Custom Actions. The Tracking Statistics table remains empty for all push actions.Has anyone experienced this issue or can suggest additional troubleshooting steps?Are there any specific configurations or common pitfalls that could prevent tracking events from appearing, even when push notifications are delivered?ThanksAJODev

I have got question regarding in-app message node after wait node. After The Wait time finish then the in-app message is not longer displayed?Or what is the behaviour of that node? 

we have to implement a journey where we have to limit the profiles based on the conditions. but when we test the journey with different audience count , its not limiting the profiles according to the mentioned count.we can see in the adobe documentation saying , For live journeys, here are the thresholds to consider to ensure the limit is reached: For a cap greater than 10,000, the number of distinct profiles to be injected must be at least 1.3 times the cap.For a cap below 10,000, the number of distinct profiles to be injected must be 1000 plus the cap. but when we tested the profile cap through different audience count , the count of profiles which it's limiting is not consistent and its not according to the above threshold rules.please find the attached analysis on the same. Could you please confirm on the threshold rules  and the behavior of the journey interms of limiting profiles according to the count.

HiI am trying to use contextual attributes like current temp in a ranking formula to assign ranking score to offers using offer decisioning. I am using AEP Tags to send event with contextual data  to AEP, and the event is being sent correctly. But I think the current temp value in the ranking formula is always null. The screenshot from AEP debugger shows the contextual data that is being sent from AEP Tags  

Hello,  We are going to begin doing some testing where we'll be dynamically switching content based on variants we'll set up in the email. My Analytics team wants to know if there's a way to identify and report on how many users received a specific variant of a module within a single email.  Example - Within an audience I've created, I want people that live within a selected City to receive a different message in a specific module. I create a variant to identify the city and update the message. Can I somehow identify and report on how many profiles received that module? I'm not looking on whether or not they interacted with it, I can do that by tagging the links in that module. I want to know hoe many of the audience I created actually met the criteria and received the email with the changes content.  Please advise

Hi, I'm not a developer and I'm trying to write an expression to count the number of a string field nested within string arrays (screenshot). This expression is intended for use in one of the Custom Actions variable fields in Journey. Below is the expression I attempted, along with the error I received: "The expression is invalid : Unexpected usage of the character '('. It seems that you should better use the '}' here." Expression in question:listSize(#{ExperiencePlatform.ProfileFieldGroup.profile._ObjectLevel1.ObjectLevel2.ObjectLevel3 [].ObjectLevel4 [].each(currentDataPackField.plan)} Kindly take note that there can be more than 1 ObjectLevel4 hence more than 1 plan.Thanks!

My business partner wants a list of all of the customers by primary ID that received each treatment for an email so that they can analyze against other data sources to confirm client behavior. The total data set is around 380K.When we execute using the query service we are maxed out at 50K records.How can I export this full list to our business partners

Hi there,I have a use case and that's to run like this: Entry Audience > Wait for 14 hours > send comms at 7:30am (taking into consideration of Daylight saving in Australia). Just wanted to check if there's any potential gaps if I build the journey as per below with screenshot attached? Note: in Journey Properties, I have set the Time zone to be Australia/Sydney.Entry Audience > Wait activity under Orchestration > Condition ... Time condition Type under Orchestration ... Hello all! I'm trying to see if I can update an array type attribute using an unitary event's context attribute within the journey using 'Update profile' action but the attribute is disabled. I get this message when I try to publish a landing page:"Landing page publication failed. No pages found to validate within this landing page."I dont understand what this means. It it just because I cant see it before it is rendered from a email, or it is actually an error?

Hi Team, We have observed in one of our journey email clicks data all the email links and social links have the same number of unique clicks over a period of 1 month (PFA data). What could be the reason behind this ? or is it a glitch ?

In FAC if there are two audiences, and AJO requires reading attributes from each FAC audience . Currently AJO has limitation of reading one audience per journey. Thinking of creating master audience in FAC which combines both FAC audiences into single. Are there any better approaches to handle this in FAC level or AJO level ? Does AJO provide ability to combine multiple FAC audiences into to single audience in order to read their attributes
