AJO - AEP Assurance Push Debug Error

Hi everyone,

I have set up a demo app and initialized AEP Assurance. While reviewing the Assurance event logs, no errors are reported. In the Push Debug panel, I can see that the client is successfully collecting the ECID and device token.

However, I’m encountering some issues in the App Store Credentials & Configuration section, where it shows an App Configuration Error. Additionally, under the Profile section, it displays the message "Couldn't Detect Sandbox."

Kindly help me understand what might be causing these errors? Is there something specific I need to check or configure related to App Store credentials or the sandbox environment? Any guidance or troubleshooting tips would be appreciated.

I was able to confirm with the system admin and confirm that we have the required permissions mentioned above.
