How to resolve CJMMAS - 2033-422 issue - The Web channel items are empty or missing

Hi all I Created a simple Journey - see attached image

The Alert : The Web channel items are empty or missing. (CJMMAS - 2033-422)

The channel config appears to be correct

Any ideas?
