Hi All,Our team is migrating reports from AA to CJA. Where we plan to migrate all our report to a dataview in CJA. This has been available for some days after migration. But for some reason the dataview is not available for us to select in compenent migration. We are looking for potential reasons on why this can happen.  Best,Naveen.

Hi, I am trying to access support ticket submitted my customer. I can access Adobe Support Portal but it shows an error saying your not a support entitled user. Any idea how to become one. I have asked around without much luck . Can anyone please help?

In Data Collection, I have (the usual) Target Page Load Rule, configured like this for reference-Extension: Adobe Experience Platform Web SDKAction Type: Send eventUse guided events: checkedRequest personalization: checkedThis will load Target and render any matching personalizations. For Analytics (for every page load) I have a separate Rule with two actions; the Update variable action to set variables, and the Send event action, configured like this for reference-Extension: Adobe Experience Platform Web SDKAction Type: Send eventUse guided events: checkedCollect analytics: checked Question: Is it advisable or good practice to combine the Target send event, the Analytics Update variable, and Analytics Send event all into one Rule? The Target send event action would be fired first, then the Analytics Update vars, then the Analytics send event. I have an issue where I’m using two separate Rules, one for Target and one for Analytics. However, the Analytics rule is firing first and the Ta

I am playing around with the Customer AI service in AEP and am not getting much for actionable results. Has anyone else tried this service? What’s been your experience?

Hi Adobe Support Team,As part of our investigation into the Meta Conversions API implementation in AEP Event Forwarding, we noticed that an upgrade is currently available for the Meta Conversions API extension. At the same time, we are performing an RCA for HTTP 400 responses observed through AEP Event Forwarding Error Insights. The failures are occurring when requests are sent to the Meta Graph API endpoint configured with v24.0.At this stage, we have not confirmed whether these errors are related to the Meta Conversions API extension version, API compatibility, payload validation, credentials, permissions, or another endpoint-level validation issue. Before proceeding with the available extension upgrade, could you please review and advise on the following:Whether Adobe recommends upgrading the Meta Conversions API extension to the currently available version. What is the latest/recommended supported version of the extension? Could the currently installed extension version have any comp

Hi all,I have a field called Membership End Date, which always contains the last day of a month.Examples:31/08/2026 30/09/2026 31/10/2026 30/11/2026I need an audience containing profiles whose membership end date falls in the month that is exactly three calendar months from today. For example:Today's date: 14/08/2026 Target month: November 2026 Expected audience: all profiles with a Membership End Date of 30/11/2026Similarly:If today were 05/09/2026, I'd want all profiles ending in December 2026 If today were 20/10/2026, I'd want all profiles ending in January 2027 What I've Tried"In next 3 to 3 months"This appears to return profiles with an end date of 31/10/2026 rather than 30/11/2026, which suggests it's calculating a rolling three-month period rather than the calendar month three months ahead.90-120 day rangeThis works inconsistently because month lengths vary.Rolling date rangesI can see options for ranges such as "3 to 3 months ago", but I can't find an equivalent approach for fut

Hi everyone,We’re excited to kick off the Adobe Experience Platform + Apps DACH Chapter—a community for practitioners across Germany, Austria and Switzerland to share real-world experiences, learn from each other and build professional connections. What are User Groups?User Groups are community-led gatherings where Adobe Experience Platform practitioners exchange implementation insights, best practices, challenges and ideas. User Group meetings will happen few times a year. Some are onsite, some are online and you guess it - some are hybrid. Why join?Hear practical AEP use cases and lessons learned Connect with peers working across AEP, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer and Customer Journey Analytics Share challenges and help shape a growing DACH communityDACH Chapter Kickoff – MunichJoin us for our inaugural in-person meetup at diva-e in Munich on November 26, 2026, in partnership with Telefónica Deutschland. When I attempt to add events to my project in the developer console, the creative cloud content logs do not appear as an option. When I go over to the admin console, I am able to manually download the content logs. Any ideas on how I can get the content logs to appear in the developer console so that I can connect them to Sentinel?

Hello All,We're implementing purchase tracking into AEP for our airline website and testing it in our acceptance environment. Looking for advice on the right setup before we go to production.Our setupGTM Custom HTML tag that POSTs to the Edge Network API (/ee/v2/collect), not Web SDK Datastream → AEP service → event dataset based on our "Web Event" schema (XDM ExperienceEvent, Profile enabled) eventType: commerce.purchases, ECID in identityMapWhat works / what doesn'tcommerce.order, commerce.purchases and productListItems land in the dataset fine Our custom booking fields (_tenant.booking.*: base fare, taxes, ancillaries, pax counts, route type) are droppedWhat we found so farOur payload had the custom fields nested as xdm.data._tenant. We fixed it to xdm._tenant. The web event schema doesn't contain any booking fields. Our booking data lives in a separate schema based on XDM Individual Profile, with its own dataset, fed from our backend systems.Simplified payload:{  "events": [    {

I am setting up an Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to Shopify OOTB batch connection. The source dataflow connection was configured successfully, but the connection fails during the “Add data” step in the connection setup.Error Message:The following error is displayed:The request could not be processed. Error from flow provider: The request could not be processed. Failed to read from the source connector. Error code: 'InternalError', message: 'Error while reading single record for table: ...'Expected Behavior:The Shopify source connection should successfully read the source data and allow the batch connection to proceed through the Add data step.Actual Behavior:The connection configuration fails when attempting to read data from the Shopify source connector.Impact:This is blocking the setup of the AEP to Shopify batch connection and preventing data ingestion.Troubleshooting Performed:Source dataflow connection was created successfully. Issue occurs specifically at the Add data step. Err

Hi ,  as part of the requirement i need to check for a specific pattern of consent where i have to use regex in audience. as far as i know there is no way that i can use regular expression in audience. So, i am trying to use segmentation service where i need to use pql to achieve the same. but i am getting “ 403 Forbidden User region is missing “  error. Can anyone please let me know if it’s possible through segmentation api’s or can let me know why i am getting region mission error. i am giving below headers in the request.1.Accept2.Content-Type3.Authorization4.x-api-key5.x-gw-ims-org-id6.x-sandbox-name7.x-request-id Thanks in advance.Usha.

Hi Community,We are experiencing an issue with the Target Dataset filter in the Source Dataflows list in Adobe Experience Platform. When we select a specific Target Dataset as a filter, the Source Dataflows list does not appear to return the corresponding dataflows.Expected Behavior: When a Target Dataset is selected, the Source Dataflows list should display only the dataflows associated with that specific dataset.Actual Behavior: The list does not return any results when we apply the selected Target Dataset filter.Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is this a known limitation or issue with the current AEP UI?Any insights or workaround would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi all,We're setting up server-side conversion tracking for LinkedIn Conversions API (CAPI) in Adobe Experience Platform, and have run into two separate issues while exploring both integration paths. Would appreciate guidance on either. Question 1: Destination SDK — headers field not accepted in destination server configWe're building a custom streaming destination server via /authoring/destination-servers to call LinkedIn's Conversions API directly. LinkedIn's API requires several static headers beyond Authorization (X-Restli-Protocol-Version, X-RestLi-Method, Linkedin-Version), but adding a headers array inside httpTemplate causes a 400 Bad Request:"type": "http://ns.adobe.com/aep/errors/DEST-0007-400","title": "Unreadable request: Invalid JSON input at line: 18, column: 26.Incorrect type found for fields: [headers, httpTemplate, value]."payload attempted{  "name": "Dest_LinkedIn_ConversionsAPI",  "destinationServerType": "URL_BASED",  "urlBasedDestination": {    "url": {      "templ

Heloo ,We recently completed our Adobe Web SDK implementation, and all data is being sent through the XDM object. Data is successfully flowing into Adobe Analytics, and reporting looks correct with no major issues. However, we are seeing some fields fail in AEP datasets due to data type validation errors. This has raised a question about the overall implementation approach.Current SituationWeb SDK implementation is fully based on the XDM object. Adobe Analytics is consuming the data successfully. Some records are failing in AEP datasets because certain fields do not match the expected XDM data types. The Adobe/AEP team has suggested creating a separate Datastream and sending some data through the data object instead of XDM to avoid validation issues. My UnderstandingFrom what I know:Adobe Analytics is generally more flexible and can process data even when some values do not strictly match XDM data types. AEP applies strict schema validation, and records can be rejected if incoming data d

Hi Everyone, I have a list of Audience Names along with their corresponding Audience IDs in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).I would like to identify which Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) journeys are using each of these audiences. In other words, for each Audience ID in my list, I would like to extract the associated Journey Name and Journey ID.Since the list contains a large number of audiences, manually checking each journey is quite time-consuming.Could anyone please advise if there is an AEP Query Service SQL query, system dataset, or any other recommended approach/API that can be used to extract this information in bulk?Ideally, I am looking for an output in the following format: Audience Name Audience ID Journey Name Journey ID Audience A xxx-xxx Journey 1 xxx-xxx Audience A xxx-xxx Journey 2 xxx-xxx Audience B yyy-yyy Journey 1 yyy-yyy Audience B yyy-yyy Journey 2 yyy-yyy Audience B yyy-yyy Journey 3 yyy-yyy Audience B yyy-yyy Journ

Our site is authenticated — users must log in with ID and password. After login, Adobe Target (via Web SDK) sends personalization fetch and display calls to show personalized content.Setup:- Experience Targeting activity in Target- Audience = an Edge Segment in AEP, created to track qualifying activity within the last 24 hours- Profile shows status: realized for this segmentProblem:1. Open a fresh/incognito browser → new ECID is created2. This new ECID gets stitched to our already-qualified profile within seconds3. Despite that, the Target experience does not show — personalization:decisions comes back empty4. If we repeat the exact qualifying action again on this new ECID, the experience shows immediately after5. Same thing happens every time we use a new incognito sessionQA/Preview mode always shows the experience correctly (expected, since it bypasses real audience checks).Question:Is this normal for Edge Segmentation — does it only react to events it sees live on that specific ECID

Hi,If there is a streaming segment created with ONLY PORFILE ATTRIBUTE profile.firstname=’ABC’, and it has STREAMING INGESTION, and the schema and dataset are of class XDMPROFILE.Merge policy = ‘active-on-edge’ enabledNow how will this segment behave?First run? - what could be the evaluation methodNext runs? - what could be the evaluation method

I got the case like this: Would have multiple identities for the logged user in my AEP implementation - however its easily done using IdentityMap. I would have multiple business entities However in AT there can be only one Identity - Target Third Party ID Namespace (so Target Profile can recognize only one Identity from IdentityMap How the user recognition works? AEP connects with AT on Edge so I assume its based on the IdentityMap not Target Third Party ID Namespace? Did you have the case like that?

Hi @Community I am working on activating qualified audiences to an SFTP destination in Adobe Experience Platform. We are seeing an issue where some profiles that have already exited the segment are still being sent in the SFTP export and misses the realized ones.Current setupAudience qualification / segment evaluation happens at 8:45 PM IST Export for same Audience is configured at: After segment evaluation to the SFTP server 10:30 PM IST 11:30 PM IST What we are observingThe 1st and 2nd exports look the same In these exports, 1–5 profiles out of around 100 sometimes appear even though they have already exited the segment The 3rd export at 11:30 PM IST contains the correct and additional data all are in realized state. ImpactBecause of this issue, the same profile  (1-5) is being sent again on the next day. My questionI expected the export job to run only after segment evaluation is completed. In the AEP UI, it looks like the evaluation finishes first and then the export starts.Could

Hello, Can anyone help me with the intended use of being able to map segment membership in the destination out of the box mapping tool? segmentMembership.ups I am attempting to map a master audience to a destination and use ECN segment membership from other audiences to derive an attribute. I do not want to map the audiences I need segment membership from to the destination.  Can anyone tell me How can I use segmentmembership.ups in destination mapping? Solutions for mapping segment membership from other audiences into a calculated field where the audience is not published to the destinationThank you!

Hello Guys, We have oneTrust implemented with one of our client and By default we have “Pending” as Default Consent in WebSDK Extension within Launch. Now, Within one of the Rule, we check whether C0002 is added to OneTrustActiveGroups object and then accordingly we either opt-in or OptOut.  Below is the custom code written for the same:(function () {  if (typeof window.alloy !== "function") {    console.warn("Adobe Web SDK (alloy) not available");    return;  }  var groups = String(window.OnetrustActiveGroups)    .split(",")    .map(function (s) { return s.trim(); })    .filter(Boolean);  var allowed = groups.includes("C0002");  window.alloy("setConsent", {    consent: [{      standard: "Adobe",      version: "2.0",      value: {        collect: { val: allowed ? "y" : "n" }      }    }]  }).then(function () {    console.log("Adobe consent set to:", allowed ? "IN" : "OUT");  });})(); Now how do we handle pending interact calls with this scenario since when user is accepting the cookies

We are seeing more clients asking about progressive modernization instead of full replatforming. In several Adobe Commerce projects, the discussion is no longer only about storefront replacement, but also about how Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), App Builder, and event-driven architecture can coexist with existing PaaS implementations. Some common questions we are evaluating internally:How are teams introducing AEP capabilities without disrupting current Commerce operations? Are you using App Builder primarily for integrations, custom APIs, or operational workflows? What are the biggest architectural challenges during phased modernization? How are you handling legacy custom modules during transition planning? Are clients already preparing for ACCS readiness through composable services?Would love to hear how other teams are approaching:phased migration strategy event-driven integrations operational governance data synchronization patterns AEP adoption challengesInterested in learning fro
