We have a lot of websites implemented with web SDK tagging . Each websites has their own Tag properties, managed Libraries and Environments. There is an issue which frequently occurs as the FE team incorrectly updates the launch script in individual websites. And it is difficult to manually inspect all the websites on daily basis and see if those are having the correct launch scripts. Is there a proven/simple way to automate this with some tools and check on daily basis that all the websites has the expected launch script present?  and also send an alert if an incorrect launch script is injected in a website? Please advise.

Hello,  I am currently implementing onetrust and we are going with an opt-out model where the cookies are placed in the users browser by default and the user needs to opt-out of them. When I reject all cookies I see all my calls being blocked which is working as expected but I still see the cookies in my browser. No data is being sent to the cookies but the cookies are still there. Is this an issue? I have looked at other organizations' do the same. They block calls and cookies are still in the browser. Is this normal for an opt-out approach? I'm also aware that some third party cookies and secure first party cookies cannot be deleted via javascript. Is there a way around this and to delete cookies based on users consent?  

Hi Community,I'm looking for guidance on handling datetime values in Adobe Experience Platform where the source data is in local datetime but AEP's datetime datatype only stores values in UTC.The scenario:We ingest event data that includes timestamps originally in local datetime. Since AEP schemas require the datetime datatype to be in UTC format, the local time context is lost upon ingestion.However, when we use this data downstream for example, in personalization templates or email rendering we need to display the datetime back in the original local datetime format for the end user.My questions: Dual storage approach — Is it a recommended practice to store both a string field (preserving the original local datetime as-is) and a datetime field (in UTC) in the schema? This way, the string field can be used for display purposes and the datetime field for any time-based logic or segmentation.  Conversion functions — Are there any built-in helper functions that can convert a UTC datetim

I have a source JSON with an array of objects. Each object has nested fields including an identifier and a code. We have an existing dataset that is enabled for customer profiles. Recently, some incorrect or undesirable data has been ingested into this dataset. I am looking for expert guidance on whether it is possible to remove or correct only the affected records without impacting the already established customer profiles or downstream profile calculations.Specifically, I would like to understand the recommended approach or best practices for safely remediating bad data in a profile‑enabled dataset, while preserving profile integrity and minimizing any disruption to current profiles or dependent use cases.if we delete the that particular batch from dataset , does those are removed from profile store ? after correcting the data , if we re-ingest does the event data is overwritten with the latest data , Suggest me how can i resolve this 

Hi, I need some help regarding an issue with our Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK and Adobe Target implementation.We are working on an integration using Adobe Launch, Web SDK (sendEvent) and Adobe Target, where everything works correctly on the initial page load. We already have a working setup where the Web SDK sends a request using correct decisionScopes, and a separate applyPropositions rule is used to render the experiences.However, we are facing an issue in a SPA environment where the page does not fully reload. Instead, filter changes update the URL using hash changes (window.location.hash).The problem is that when the user changes filters:the URL hash updates correctly but we cannot reliably trigger a new sendEvent the Launch History Change event is inconsistent sometimes it fires multiple times for the same filter change sometimes it does not fire at all depending on navigation flow As a result, the Web SDK request is not consistently sent, and in some cases we do not receive

The expectation is that the latest record should be reflected on the profile.However, the challenge is that multiple events for the same transaction:Arrive within milliseconds of each other Belong to the same streaming batch End up having the same ingestion timestampBecause of this, AEP often retains only the first record, and the profile is not consistently updated with the latest event.To address this, we mapped the source system’s published date to the lastUpdatedDate field (OOTB External Source System field group). It seems that a bug was introduce in version 2.34.2 of the AEP Data Collection Tags AEP Web SDK extension, whereby the extension’s version number is no longer included in the xdm.implementationDetails.version value. Now the value is “__VERSION__+2.34.2”. In previous versions the value was like this “2.31.1+2.34.1”.This data has been helpful in attributing the root cause of observed issues in collected data back to a specific version of the AEP Web SDK extension. How do we go about getting this bug fixed?

We are attempting to create the edge audience using the Adobe API endpoint, but the profiles are not being qualified when we use streaming ingestion with the streaming API. However, when we manually create an edge audience through the UI, the profiles are being qualified when we use streaming ingestion API(Postman). These 2 Audience are manually created edge Audiences by using UI, but we don't see any API created audiences' qualification for the same data.

I have created a Workspace Project Template which I intend to use for another of my organization which will also have the same schema and datasets, connections, dataviews. I have added a few calculated metrics in my Template. I was wondering how do I replicate the same Workspace Project using the Template for another Org ID using the calculated metrics I created previously?The idea here is to basically analyze the same structure of data in the same manner but for different organizations. Do the calculated metrics get copied from the Template?

Hi Team,I’m experiencing an issue where records deleted at the application level are not being fully removed from the Data Lake.Even after performing deletion, the data still appears to persist in the underlying storage. I’m unsure whether this is expected behavior due to delayed processing (e.g., background cleanup jobs, retention policies), or if it indicates a problem in the deletion workflow.Could anyone clarify:- Does deletion propagate asynchronously to the Data Lake?- Is there a recommended way to validate physical data cleanup?- Are there configurations that control this behavior?Any insights or best practices would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance!

I have got multiple companies under one AEP sandbox. These have separate data for each and one common for shred campaigns. Due to that some attributes might be nested at depth 5 (no primary ID, no relationships). In the documentation its said that performance guardrail is max 4 but for relationships and primary ids. Is 5 fine? What are your experiences?

We have Data coming from the source all the data relates to an event but we are not getting a timestamp from the source that is unique for each event it is same for couple of events relates to the different user what should we use for mapping in this case is it now() or timestamp for data prep

Hi ​@Community I am working on AEP-SFMC API based destination connection. I have created a streaming type audience and activated it using SFMC API based connection. SFMC connection is set up successfully as I can see the target fields during mapping. On Audience activation profile get activated to destination.“Dataexport” is used as marketing action and no consent policy is used.Destination data flow runs and complete successfully but i get “Identities excluded” while profiles are received but none activated.“Identity excluded” comes with below description :  “The identities associated to some profiles cannot be exported to the destination due to missing user consent, or the consent provided by users does not match the consent settings applied to the destination. Hi All,I’ve created a Custom schema and a dataset with a primary identity configured and enabled for lookup. The schema contains 20 attributes, of which 15 are marked as required.When I try to ingest data using the UI JSON upload, the UI throws an error with an empty message ("Add data is disabled because a required attribute is missing"). However, when I ingest the same data using other sources such as S3 or HTTP API ingestion, it works without any issues.Based on an AI search:Primary identity need to be correctly configured. This may be a UI-related limitation. The drag-and-drop JSON uploader seems to use a “simple ingestion” path, which does not support the same flexibility as dataflows (for example: mappings, transformations, defaults, conditional logic, or excluding empty keys). The platform may be performing a pre-validation and blocking the upload if it determines that required attributes cannot be guaranteed, even before actual ingestion.Is this a known issue, or are there spec

Hi all! Has anyone managed to successfully add and see custom validation results in the validation overview of an Assurance session?When creating and publishing custom validators, I still cannot see their results showing in the Assurance overview, however I do see the function showing in the dropdown when I go back into the validators. The validator is published and shows the (failing) results as expected on a given session. I just cannot see this in the overview and do not see a way to manually add this, so assume that this should come automatically?
