Hi, I have a bit of an urgent ask. When ingesting data using the edge api call documented hereI get a 502 error: An error occurred while calling the 'com.adobe.experience_platform.edge_segmentation' service for this request. Try again. How can this error be resolved for successful ingestion of data? Thanks

Hi All,I'm capturing info about clicked on names. I'm also capturing info about 4 specific actions that can be associated with a specific name. Here is how this data is pushed:adobeDataLayer.push({ event: "personAction", personInfo: { personName: "Bobby", //mandatory favorited: 0, //non-mandatory unfavorited: 0, //non-mandatory moreInfo: 0, //non-mandatory shared: 0 //non-mandatory } });The thinking behind this is if a someone just clicks on a person's name, all the other properties are zero. This signifies that a name was clicked on by the user. If a user takes any other action, for example favorites a name, then the "favorited" property will have a 1. Only one of the non-mandatory fields will have a 1, at a given time. Here is my question. In the reporting, I want to have reports that show the names and instances of any of the non-mandatory properties. For example, a report that shows

I want to connect a custom API which is created via Azure API Management (APIM) to AEP. How can I proceed? We do not have an existing API connector for the same. Is there anything like a custom connector similar to Looker Studio where we can proceed programmatically?I have the API endpoint and authorization key. Also, I connected it to Postman and getting the data output successfully. Is there a way where I can connect Postman output to AEP? Earlier I connected the Salesforce CRM connector in AEP and it worked fine. I connected it to CJA as well using Data view and Connections. But how can I proceed in custom API case?

Dear Community I have an IndividualProfile schema. I went on to create a dataset and tried to ingest data into the dataset. There is one field which is string in my CSV file in which I want to convert to DATETIME in AEP. During ingestion, I have used a calculated field to calculate the string data into DATETIME. It shows there was no error but the data that was shown came out to be blank. Please guide me into resolving this and being able to ingest String into DATETIME. Hi,We need to connect to a third-party web socket to have continuous data flow, and that data needs to integrate with one of the Adobe Experience Platform journeys.The WebSocket works with an initialisation; then, we need to subscribe to it. The WebSocket also needs a ping every 3 seconds to keep the subscription alive. Prior to initialisation, there is an Auth call to get the Token, which is later required for the above processes of WebSocket.We already developed a middleware that is in continuous integration with the WebSocket. It gets data as it is subscribed and pushes that data to Adobe Experience Platform using HTTPS service (using collectionID and flowID).However, the requirement has changed, and it requires removing the middleware and getting data directly from Websocket to the Experience Platform collection journey.We reviewed a couple of documents regarding this requirement but could not find any. I'm trying to find someone ASAP to help me get up to speed on using the ACDL and to get the data into Tags/XDM. I have experience with populating XDM using update variable and data elements etc. but I need to understand better how to create and consume and map the data in Tags, when using an EDDL. Hello Community Members,   We are looking to configure a Time-to-Live (TTL) for pseudo-anonymous profiles based on multiple identity attributes. Proposed Logic: If a customer has any identity beyond Device ID, ECID, Email_LC_SHA256, or Phone_SHA256, their profile should not be deleted. However, if a profile contains only these four identities in any combination, it will be considered anonymous and subject to deletion after 90 days of inactivity. When I say "combination," I mean any permutation of the four identities. Example Scenarios: A profile with only ECID → Deleted after 90 days of inactivity. A profile with Email_LC_SHA256 and ECID → Deleted after 90 days of inactivity. A profile with Email_LC_SHA256, Device ID, and ECID → Deleted after 90 days of inactivity. Hi Experience League Community, I have a case where fragments of event data are stored in two databases, and I am seeking a way to unify this data into a single event. I tested creating a relationship field and was able to reference the schema fields in segmentation. I would like to know:Is this the only implication of implementing a schema relationship?Is there a way to visibly see the merged event data in the UI? Hi there,  I wonder what's the best solution to update a dataflow, here is the background: We have a existing dataflow, which will ingest data every day, and there are mapping, dataset, schema associate with this dataflow. If we need to add a new field to the schema, and would like to use this dataflow as well, what changes we need to make? Please correct me if I'm wrong:1. Update the schema with new field2. Update the mapping with new field After I finish the changes above, the dataflow didn't ingest the new field, and when I query the dataset, no new field either. Do I miss something? Or in this case, I can only setup a new dataflow, mapping, dataset, etc,. Thanks

Hi,  I have created Individual Profile Schema. Then I have create a dataset which I have successfuly ingested the data into the dataset. Then I checked in the profile and the profile have been successfully created. However, when I try to create audince using attributes using my custom fields as a (schingDeviceID = Exists) the audience shows there are no data associated with having this attributes. However, as the image displays in profiles, it shows that there are records that attributes schingDeviceID exists. Does know how I could resolve this issue so that I am able to create audience? Dear Community, I have created an ExperienceEvent Schema and tried to ingest data into the dataset. However I have ran into a problem during batch data ingestion. We went back and recheck both the file and the schema and still we were unable to resolve the issue and still get the same error. Image attaches below are the error that we are facing.
