Hi Everyone, I’m new to Web SDK implementation, and I’ve noticed that an upgrade is available for the web sdk extension. If we proceed with the upgrade, will it have any impact on the existing rules and data elements?Also, could you confirm whether the extension needs to be upgraded separately in each environment, or if upgrading it in a lower environment makes it available in the library for validation across environments?I’ve gone through the release notes, but wanted to double-check—are there any potential risks or issues we should be aware of during or after the upgrade?

How can I map an array of date strings coming from the Adobe Analytics source connector into an XDM array field with dateTime datatype in AEP Data Prep? Since we cannot transform it upstream, does Data Prep support element-wise date conversion for array values, or is post-ingestion processing required?

Hi All,I am hoping someone across Application Design reads this, because it does not fall into the topics in the list, but is more across the whole Experience Cloud Product.Recent changes have made it so that ALL links pasted into applications, such as Email or Microsoft Teams, just say “Adobe Experience Cloud”. Previously when sharing an AA or CJA report - or a link to a Marketo program, it would be more definitive. This makes it hard for the receiver of links to know what each link is for. Hi, I am currently working AEM 6.5 on premise project. I would like to incorporate LLM visibility scans into our CI/CD pipeline.So far I have found LLM optimizer. Do you know if LLM optimizer provides some API that we can call during our automations tests?Alternatively there is AI Content Visibility Checker chrome plugin. Do you know how it calculate visibility metric?

Hi all,we are using the “Device Lookup” feature in our datastreams.In addition to Adobe’s lookup data, we would still like to receive the _actual_ userAgent string from our Web SDK calls.Now we noticed, that when we set it through Launch in `environment.browserDetails.userAgent`, it seems to be reset by Adobe, and in CJA we always see “No value”.Interestingly, Assurance shows that the value is present in the hit, but whatever happens from there on is not really understandable and the final result not logged in Assurance.I mean, I get that the radio button indicates you can have either user agent / client hints OR device lookup.But if the device lookup does not populate/overwrite that field, why is it resetting it then? Does anyone knowwhy this is? a way to figure out the final processed request payload within Assurance?  

I regularly check the CJA release notes for updates and fixes using the link provided. However, I am trying to locate the descriptions and details for the ticket numbers listed in the ‘Fixes for Customer Journey Analytics’ section. In the past, I have opened several support tickets, but my tickets begin with ‘E-’, while the ones in the fixes section start with ‘AN-’. We are about 18 months into a mature AEP + RTCDP implementation and have crossed 400 active segments across business units. We are starting to see non-trivial evaluation latency on streaming segments during peak ingestion windows and our architecture review flagged segment sprawl as a likely contributor.Adobe's documentation sets technical limits but doesn't offer much guidance on the operational governance model to prevent getting there particularly in a large enterprise where multiple teams (CRM, digital, paid media, product) all have write access to the segment builder.A few things I'm genuinely curious how others have solved:Do you enforce a segment approval workflow before publish to production, and if so, is that a process control or is there a technical gate you've built?   How do you handle segment ownership when the original creator has left the team? Is such a dataset created for every specific merge policy created in the sandbox?

Hi ​@Community I created two fields in a profile-enabled dataset : customer_id (primary string) and customer_number. The dataset is enabled for Profile and upsert. Both attributes are visible in the XDM union schema and in the Profile UI. However, after running the ProfileSnapshot job, the new attribute customer_number does not appear in the ProfileSnapshot dataset and is therefore not available for export. The customer_id (primary attribute) is available in other datasets as well and helps in stitching..I have verified the dataset and it contains values for customer_number and same is visible in profile UI. Please assist in finding why the profilesnapshot dataset is not getting populated with the new attribute from profile enabled dataset.

We currently don't have any Prospect records in our Production sandbox. We only have clients (Client dataset and Schema, a Dataflow that ingests client data) and a Web Event DS (that collects web interactions). Our sales cycle is long, possibly up to 6 months or more from awareness to conversion.Use case: Ingest Prospect data from website contact form and retain data for 6+ monthsIn January 2026, John Smith uses the website to fill out a form to contact one of our associates. Hello everyone,I’m trying to create an Audience consisting of visitors to our website who went to a certain section of our site at least twice in the last 30 days.To create it, I created two identical Event rules where-Server equals <our server/domain> AND URL contains <the section name in English> or <the section name in French>As I mentioned there are two Rules like above, completely identical. Then I selected In last 30 Days in the canvas. Is this Audience created correctly?Thank you.

I can see multiple unique visitors(people )value for my ECIDs. I have simply renamed “people” metric as “Unique Visitors” in my CJA and only passing website streaming data via webSDK without enabling profile for my schema.My visit(session) expires after 30min.  

Are we able to add to such an audience additional profile attributes? Other idea is to divide audiences into smaller chunks and then in FB & DV360 & Linkedin I would now the specifics of the audience (abandon basket , loyalty , new customers etc) based on the name of audience?How you do that? 

Case is like this: We activated audience to 3rd party media  Customer converted  We want to exclude immediatly customer from these campaigns How do you do this on your projects? I have got two ideas: AEP updates profile attributes in that activated audience that the profile left the audience? Create global audience with recently converted customers and then exluce these customers in FB & DV360 & Linkedin Your ideas?

We have a custom text block used across 100+ pages in AEM Edge Delivery Services.Our block structure is based on ordered JSON fields, and recently we introduced a new field in the block. Because of this, all existing row indexes shifted by one, and we updated our JS/decorate() logic accordingly.However, after deployment: The updated JS expects the new field order. Existing pages still render plain.html in the old structure/order. The new field is missing in the rendered output. modelFields/children count still reflects the old structure. If we manually edit and re-save a page/block (even a minor change), the block gets regenerated correctly: modelFields gets updated children count becomes correct new field appears in the front So currently it looks like all existing pages would need manual re-authoring/re-saving.One additional complication in our setup: We cannot safely add new fields at the end either.
