Hi,I am facing an issue where js from custom clientlib placed under /etc/clientlibs/clientlib-adaptive-forms is not loading in preview mode: localhost:4502/content/forms/af/t12-sample-smrithi/t12.html, but it loads fine on editor mode, i.e localhost:4502/editor.html/content/forms/af/t12-sample-smrithi/t12.htmlHas anyone faced this before.I have added allowproxy set to true in the custom clientlib.Appreciate any inputs. Hi, I am trying to learn more about AEM Assets Power users. How should we define and manage AEM Assets Power User roles, permissions, and enablement (bulk edits, custom workflows, rendition controls) to maximize productivity while preventing governance drift, security risks, and performance bottlenecks?Do we mandatorily require this license seats since most of day to day operation is covered in basic user license?

Query:In AEM, when using the Dimensional Viewer for 3D assets in DAM, we navigate to the asset's detail page, select Viewers → Dimensional Viewer, and see two buttons — URL and Embed. Clicking the URL button provides a link like https://s7.scene7.com.Where can I find the actual code or configuration responsible for generating these URL and Embed buttons, so I can modify the output URL to use https://abc.com instead of https://s7.scene7.com Regards,Srinivas

Hi All, Following the config issue defined atI have the below new issue -I have access to both remote DAM instance and Sites instance independently.We have deployed the OSGi config for NextGenDynamicMediaConfigImpl successfully on Sites instance.We are seeing the option on Image (v3) component to Pick Remote or Local repo.  Image (v3) with Local & Remote Options on Pick Dropdown On selecting “Remote” we get the pop-up to login which automatically disappears (Assuming it picks up SSO credentials)  Then the popup gets replaced by the Coral UI Asset Selector Tab with message “Waiting for user to authenticate...”Any idea what we are missing here now?​@giuseppebaglio I would highly appreciate your opinion on this problem.  Thanks in advance,Nagesh

We had a query from one of our AEM authors to see if the list component could search and display Tagged pages in multiple folders/paths. Scenario:All our news pages follow the same structure /news/year e.g:/news/2026/news/2025/news/2024etcEach containing 200+ pages in each year folder and tagged accordingly. The University library in this instance, want to show all items tagged with “library” in folders 2026/2025/2024 and possibly more.If they use the List component (using Tags) it doesnt allow the option to search in the child pages. If they use Child option, it allows you to chose a single parent and # of child pages but doesn’t allow you to filter by tag. So, question:Can this component be modified or has someone used this in a way where a AEM Author/Editor can add multiple paths AND search by tag.   

Hi, Deprecated Library DetectedThe following library is deprecated, but used in your code and so must be removed:Library: ch.qos.logback Deprecated Since: 2022-01-27 Scheduled Removal Date: 2026-02-26Recommended Action:Replace deprecated packages with their recommended newer versions, in order to keep your application secure and performant.  logback library is not used in our codebase. But, I think it is linked and slf4j for logger in our codebase. Please help me in how to scan locally to check if the library is getting used and remove it. Thanks.

We have need to query GraphQL in AEM for specific content fragments with a title (for example) of X or Y. That’s easy enough to do with a query like this. Hi All, I am trying to connect my AEM Sites cloud instance to my AEM Assets cloud instance using the documentation at Integrate remote AEM Assets with AEM SitesAs per the per-requisites I have done the below - Set environment variables for ASSET_DELIVERY_REPOSITORY_ID,  ASSET_DELIVERY_IMS_CLIENT I have also configured .cfg.json for NextGenDynamicMediaConfigImpl and deployed it to my DEV Sites instance.    Configure the Image v3 component in the AEM Sites instance. There is also an additional point stating -  IMS access to sign into remote DAM AEM as a Cloud Service instance. It refers to the Sites author that has IMS access to the remote DAM environment. How do we do that? I couldn’t find the documentation notes on the above point. If I simply do #1 and #2 steps, I see the usual v3 Image Component - However, as per the documentation I should see the option of Pick drop-down with options Local and Remote.How can I configure the sites cloud instance to pick assets from assets cloud inst

We are working on an AEM as a Cloud Service project using Azure DevOps Git as our repo, and our main AEM project includes a couple of Git submodules for shared components and clientlibs. Everything builds fine locally, but when deploying through Adobe Cloud Manager, the pipeline fails to recognize or fetch the submodules. TIA!

Hi All, We are trying to embed an AEM Adaptive form in an external web page that is build using Angular. As per the official documentation, we tried the HTML injection using Ajax and Jquery. Though this worked, it opened up a lot of security questions as the HTML is being injected into the hosting page. This cannot be sanitized by Angular due to the JS and CSS existing. Also, them having to map the relative paths of client libs to AEM Server.Alternatives discussed were using iFrame. My question is to understand your take on both the approaches and what can be followed.We are also discussing headless delivery, we are on prem but this can be a longer term goal for us. My understanding is HTML injection how is Adobe recommending this approach with such security concerns around ? Are there any mitigation controls we can put in place. Thanks,Abhishek

Hello, I have been working on a XFA Form I created using AEM Form Designer. The form is used to intake customers who come to our service center for computer repairs. It has 2 pages the first is for the customer and the second is for the technician and has the computer info, ticket number, and customer info that was inputted on first page. The customer can drop off up to 5 different computers per form. I originally built out a script using AcroForms which allowed me to print the customer page once and the technician page for the # of computers inputted on the form based on serial numbers with their respective fields being Serial1 through Serial5. The code below added the last page multiple times depending on if their were multiple serial numbers on the intake forms. This worked as intended without issues. Hi Team,We have a requirement to flip / mirror the content of a text field in an AEM Livecycle Forms created using LiveCycle Designer for SAP.Requirement Details: Ability to apply axis-based rotation (X / Z) on a text field Expected outcomes: Z-axis 180°  X-axis 180°  This is required at the textfield level, not at the page level Observations: There is no OOTB option for X-axis or Z-axis rotation Queries: Is there any OOTB capability, hidden configuration, or supported workaround in LiveCycle Designer to achieve flip/mirror text? Is this achievable via: FormCalc or JavaScript? XFA-level properties? Post-processing at the PDF level? Is this a known limitation of LiveCycle Designer? Kindly let us know If any Adobe-recommended solution exists.  

I have given access to user for  developer, deployment manager roles  in cloud manager for dev env from admin console.  However this user is seeing the other envrionments when logged in to cloud manger, he can hibernante/dehibernate these envs.  However there is no access to other env when he clicks other env. However He still sees these env links and option to add env button.  Is there any way to restrict env access links and option to hide Add env button on top.

hi,We have a requirement to customize the digital forms on AEM 6.5 based on each customer.Currently, the AEM is placed within the intranet and is not accessible by anyone outside.Once AEM publish is placed outside intranet, and can be accessed by the customers, and we have a requirement to capture customer details. I am looking for different ways to authenticate AEM publish, without using LDAP or SSO , as the users are typically external customer and not employees.Kindly suggest different methods. Thank you.
