Adobe Campaign

Hi community!I have a question regarding personalized links from an email that points to a web application. We are looking for a way to make the link from the email expire at some point with an offset in the delivery time. I've found that you can specify the validity duration of the tracking redirection and then set a fallback when that period is over. The issue with that is, that it only works for ALL links in an email, but not specific links. Do anyone have any idea to how this could be solved? Alternative solutions are also very welcome 🙂 Thanks in advance!

Hello, I am sending real time push notifications and even if in the Delivery logs this appears as "Sent" and the push is received, the record is not stored in the nms:appSubscriptionRcp table.Why are some tokens not stored in this table even if the push notification is received? What is the process of the token being stored in this table?Thank you!

Hi All,I want to enable a successful SMTP (Office 365 Exchange) connection from Adobe Campaign  Server in order to trigger and send out emails directly from AC instance like Campaign MTA. The purpose is to utilise & leverage the on-Prem SMTP exchange server for sending out emails in the scenario when Adobe Mid-source servers are down due to any technical issue for a limited time span. Any particular doc link would help or any implemented use case too.Thanks

Hi everyone, We have been using push channel in PRO environment a long time without problem but we are trying now in PRE environment to testing nwe functionalities and it is not working. We have created a workflow with a query node and a push delivery node. The query is getting one profile who has several records  on  Mobile App Subscriptions. After executing the workflow, in the delivery, there is zero to deliver.How can I see what happen between the query and the push delivery to know what is happening?  Thanks

Hi Team, I have a custom schema, where one of the fields will have value from a lookup table. I don't want to link the lookup table/schema to the above custom schema. While creating an input form against that field, I want to show the marketing user, the list from the Lookup table so that he can multiselect those from that lookup table. For ex: I have a tblProductSelected(Id, ProductSelected), tblProduct(id, ProductCode, ProductName) For the Input form of tblProductSelected, for the ProductSelected field, I want show a List of Product Name for the user to select (multiselect), once selected the codes, should be saved in a CSV format. Need your help Regards,Dipendu

Hello we have this workflow running once a week where we sending multi offer communication.we using the offer spaceto be displayed in our emails.But we want know one specific offer to be deactivate automatically after 200k views I have dig around and I was wondering if it should be done through a rules or through the current wf where I should implement that condition, or do we have a function with adobe classic v7 allowing that?

Hi Team,In my campaign workflow, I used simple delivery with scheduling (automatic execution of future contact date). Unfortunately, I configured the wrong mailing list. So I deleted the delivery without stopping it. Then, I went to the Deleted Deliveries folder and manually stopped that delivery.  Will the delivery still deploy emails as per the scheduled date?Kindly give me a response as soon as possible.

I am working on extracting reports for 6 months for campaigns which have been deployed.Need to extract for every campaign the URLs and click streams(Top 10 URL Clicks for every campaign) + Hot clicks(Fir every campaign) via workflow. How can I do that?

Hi All Getting below error while SMS delivery triggered.  SMS has been tested and made live and it has been delivered properly ,in between workflow has been paused for a week and it has been resumed. Team, Please let me know how to add Favicon in ACC webapp with Page (V5 Compatibility). Hi, I have a workflow that sends an email delivery with the content of an external file. Hello everyone, We want to create a new sender email address, including the same in Administration > Channels > Email > Configuration > Authorized masks for the sender address. The other sender emails that we have created were creating a subdomain and have the following structure "*@email.company.com" because reading the documentation we understood that we shouldn't use "*@company.com" The problem is that this time we need to use the email "info@company.com" instead of "info@email.company.com", how can we do that? Thanks
