Start and end date of campaign
A campaign is sent past the end date. Will it send the campaign? or doesn't execute?

It is only for the campaigner to have visibility into which campaigns are running or not. It won't affect any workflows or deliveries that run after the campaign's end date.
However, you can develop such a feature yourself if needed.
