How can we provide access to DB usage link to non admin users?

All - question. When running the A/B test in Adobe - once the winner is picked, is there a way to configure the Delivery so that both Target Approval and Confirm Delivery can be set up. My client is wishing to approve the Audience for both the test emails - which is easy enough since I'm using a single send delivery and can configure the approval steps there. But the winning email just used the Delivery - which is set to 'Prepare'. I know that give me a chance to Confirm delivery - but it does not send the auto notification to the client for them to approve.  

Is there any way to change this: To salso show for example the Description attribute

In the Adobe Admin Console, I removed user ABC from the profile "secGroup1", but they are still in the profile "secGroup2". I asked them to log in to Adobe Campaign Standard, as this, according to this post should propagate the changes to ACS. But in ACS they are still part of both security groups (secGroup1 and secGroup2). We have this problem with a lot of former employees. They are not Users anymore in the Adobe Admin Console, but still have a user profile in ACS and are part of the security groups. We sent out a testing mail to all users of "secGroup1", triggered by a failed workflow. Users that were in the security group in ACS, but don't have access to Adobe anymore through the Admin Console have gotten the mail. Why is this the case? According to the information I found, they an be lingering in the Users in ACS, but if they don't have access to Adobe anymore they shouldn't receive a mail.  

Hi Team, Two workflows was ran 2 days back. When checked today the deliveries status in dashboard and in All deliveries is finished but the delivery activity is still blinking when we opened the workflow and checked. Thus the workflow is still in started state even though the delivery has finished executing. The deliveries are sent and completed. Thanks.

Hi Everyone, I am sending a profile based transactional event and using some random attributes and some attributes from profile table. I want to save attributes like "Promo Code" in broadlog table which is already in profile table but same is not getting saved. can anyone let me know if we can save attributes in broadlog table for profile based transactional message? RegardsAbhishek

We received this error message for a send from ACC to our SMS provider SMPP Command submit_sm failed. SMPP Channel has a limited throughput. (58) Is this an error with the SMS provider or is this an ACC error?  It is a new one for me.  Thanks in Advance. Ryan

Hi,I need to decrypt the private key for Fire Cloud Messaging authentication. In the UI is hidden:After right-click and selecting 'Edit XML source...' I see that password is stored in attribute fcmPrivateKey. In the next step, I copy the value from this attribute and in use it as parameter in javascript activity in decryptString() function.However, after execution I got the information that: "JST-310040 Function decryptString used to get a password, please use decryptPassword" But when I try to use suggested method, I got the following error: "JST-310000 Error while compiling script 'WKF/js2' line 4: decryptPassword is not defined." Do you know any way to reveal the key? Thanks,Dominik

Hi, We have created a new transactional email and we want to use a different sender email than the one we use now. In prod environment, we see that there is no problem to do it, using subdomain setup, but it seems that this can be use only in production environment. Is anything that we can do in a testing environment to have several sender email? Thanks

Hi Team,I need to display dynamic content based on product/account type in the email template section. To achieve this, we created a schema and form to store content variation data based on product/account type. The workflow links dynamic content tables to target data based on products and maps dynamic content within the delivery.  The issue I am facing is that I want to personalize the title/body of a dynamic section based on customer data (e.g. product upgrade status). I tried adding targetData.fieldname or <%= targetData.fieldname %> to the schema with the following syntax, but when I link the dynamic content data in the workflow, the module 1 title retrieving as a string "You can upgrade to <%= targetData.upProduct  %>" and the column value 'upProduct' in the workflow transition table/delivery template in module 1 title is not getting personalized. Please help me to resolve the scenario.    Regards,Am

Hi!I named several segment codes in a split in Workflow_1, but i want to call them in Workflow_2 within the same campaign. For example. I named in the 1st campaign a group of recipients with a segment code = Gold.I want to do a query in the 2nd workflow to exclude these 'Gold' population. In order to save time so i dont need to do a query again, can i use the segment code?

Hey, can anybody suggest how to use both amp and non-amp content on the same delivery template? The purpose is to keep amp as the primary content and non-amp as the fallback option.I'm bringing the amp content directly into the delivery node, whereas the non-amp content is served by synchronizing with AEM.At present, when I'm attempting the delivery only the non-amp content is getting served even though the user has enabled to receive the dynamic email (amp) in Yahoo.

Is there a way to pull a report in ACS that includes every person who has opened and/or clicked on an email in 2023 at the customer level? So I can see, customer John Smith opened email X, Y and Z and clicked on email A & B?

Hi All, Is there any script to execute pending tasks in a workflow that is in a scheduled state in Adobe campaign classic version 7? I tried using xtk.workflow.Start, xtk.workflow.Restart. When a workflow is not scheduled, I'm able to start and restart it, but when it is scheduled, I'm unable to execute pending tasks. Hi all!I am attempting to make my enrichment activity fetch N amount of rows and only return the amount that equals to the amount of rows in the table I am looking into. I am dynamically fetching data from a database table, that is continously updated. That means that the amount of rows can differ at each send-out. It can range from anything between 10 - 30 records. This data is then used to dynamically enrich the email activity later on as targetData in order to automate an email proces. Issue is, that I can't seem to figure out how I can set it to create only the amount of columns that are actually present in the table. I hope it is just me who is overlooking something? Any help or pointers are much appreciated! Thanks!
