I am trying to create a workflow in Adobe Campaign Standard that will identify records 4 months prior to their 65th birthday. I want to create a list of records monthly to send them an email. Here is an example.  I want to create a list of records turning 65 in July 2024 and send all records with the July birthday an email on March 5, 2024. I want to set this up so it runs monthly and the email will go out on the 5th of each new month.

Hi,Was wondering if it is possible to export the numbers of the clients to which the a delivery was sent?  I cannot find the field for the SMS content on the Delivery table. I need: phone number, content of the actuall SMS sent, and routing used.

Hi, We are implementing Adobe Campaign classic v7 on-premise and are facing issues with our ldap integration. When users try to login through client we are facing this error message'xsv-350012 Invalid login or password. Connection denied' We have a working lower environment for Adobe Campaign with same ldap settings and it is working fine there.For this higher environment we have gone through this so far,- Double checked ldap settings (service account credentials, dn, cn, server, ports etc).- AD groups attributed to correct users/operators and groups are existing in Adobe Campaign.- Verified AD server is reachable using port 389 from Adobe Campaign application server.- Verbose logging, gave nothing.- AD logs, only shows service account logon success but user authentication is not in the logs.- We have tried adding operator first, with ldap enabled. But with same results.- Security zones is not an issue. It is working to login with local user from same network.Any ideas what m

Hello, I need to download the mirror pages of a delivery, i tried doing it with javascript by GetMirrorURL + HttpClientRequest + Write the response.body in a file: But this is too slow, i get 4 mirrors per second. Hi all, there is a requirement to use tracking in ACC. In ACC, when any URL is used, the url in 'href' will be modified with some additional parameters which are used for tracking. Reference: Get started with personalized links tracking | Adobe Campaign  Now, I want to use the given URL in html as it is(the tracking should be present to track only Opens). Click tracking is not required.  Example:If tracking is enabled and a link is added as: http://myurl.com/a.php This is replaced for one particular recipient with: http://emailing.customer.com/r/?id=h617791,71ffa3,71ffa8Expected output: http://myurl.com/a.php Any thoughts will be great help and much appreciated. Update:Expected output: Only Opens should be tracked. Clicks not to be tracked(to avoid the url modification).

Hi everyone,  I have a query activity with a column named "Feature_Name" (containing feature1, feature2, and feature as values) scheduled to run daily. This activity fetches records for users who have any of these features purchased. each feature purchased is going to be a new entry in the schema For example, if a user has purchased only feature1 and qualifies for today's run, they receive an email. If they purchase an additional feature after receiving the email, I have another activity where I query the broadlog table and exclude those records using the primary key when they qualify for a second or third feature purchase. I'm seeking guidance on configuring my query activity or workflow to include users who purchase feature2 or feature3 after feature1. Currently, I'm using a query activity and enrichment activity with lines set to retrieve three features. Please suggest

Generate .csv files from Campaign and move to sftp location2. use linux commands to create ZIP file and move the all .csv file to zip file created.2nd step is failed with JS Error.Option: 21. Generate .csv files from Campaign and move to sftp location2. create sh file with shell script to change directory and zip command to zip the file.cd is working from terminal, but when it is in .sh file, it is not working.Please suggest any menthods/code availalbe for this.

Hi there, I've recently enhanced the deliveries input forms and data schema by adding columns for both product and product category, along with respective enumerations. Now, users are required to select values from dropdown menus for both product and product category.Here's the challenge: each product belongs to a specific category, and I want users to only see the categories related to the selected product in the dropdown for product category.  Could you please advise on the appropriate expression to use in the enumeration or where to specify this condition? Hi all, I was wondering if Adobe has made any effort to adjust open rates and/or provide insight into how open rates have changed after Apple rolled out Mail Privacy Protection (MPP) for their mail app? In our case, we suspect that open rates in Adobe Campaign are too good to be true. Part of our brand portfolio is managed through Hubspot where we experience much lower open rates than in Adobe Campaign. Hubspot does offer the possibility to filter out machine opens and calculate an adjusted open rate. Does Adobe have anything similar? If not, how do we deal with the false positive open tracking?

Is Subject validation a necessarty rule for SMSs or only Emails?Also from here, are any other rules that should not apply to SMS deliveries?Some of them have same execution order. Does it cause any problems?
