Aggregation Question - Running total based on week

If i have a technical workflow that captures form responses back in time.  What is the best way to create a running total that sums only up through the week listed in column A?  So, for the week of 02/19 i would only want the total to include up until that week and then any responses there after would represent the growth during that week.
