Hi All ,We want to update the frontal server's config file so that it only listens to specific hostnames (for example  the "mkt" hostnames) instead of all of them. Right now, the config file is set to host='*', meaning it listens to all hostnames.We want to change it to use a list of specific hostnames separated by commas, like host='mkt-frontend.example.com,tracking.example.com' .However, when we make this change, the tracking and redirection features stop working correctly.Is there something we should check, or do you have any suggestions on what might be causing the issue? Thank You!

Hello,I'm looking for a way to identify what tables (and ideally fields) are being used across  a selection of campaign workflows. I'm guessing we can access the workflow data and possibly export the full XML. Then make an analysis outside of Campaign. The goal is to understand what data is used the most and validate if the data model could be optimised for the users. Has anyone done something similar already?Thanks

Using ACS, a number of our testers (clients) are receiving emails that render incorrectly and look distorted. They are all in the same company w/ Outlook. However, when I test it, use my personal outlook as well as gmail, it looks fine. How do I fix?

Hi, we are looking into using media query in our HTML emails so our logo will work for both devices with dark mode and regular ones.The idea is to use our logo in SVG format. Hi All, Working on a project where we are using a Ruby script in a multiscript activity. Following it's completion, we'd like to be able to pass results back to the workflow to use downstream. e.g. populate variables like instance.vars.xxxxx  Can anyone expand pass results back to a workflow from a multiscript activity? Hi, there was a situation in which a bulk delivery was stuck as "Target Ready" for almost an hour until somebody using an anonymous admin account applied "Wake Up" on the Campaign workflow and the delivery resumed again.Is it possible that applying wake up helped to resume the delivery or was it because of some other issue?

I have an address that was added to our Quarantine list in our Marketing Instance of ACC, from an email send from our Message Center instance.I first set the status to "Valid" which didnt change anything, and then we removed the address from quarantine table as a whole, but we are still seeing the delivery logs of the email send from the Message Center delivery as ignoring that particular address. We think that the Marketing instance removal of teh address from quarantine is somehow not reflected in the message center, as a result of me likely not doing something added.

When I build out an email in Campaign v8 and send it out, everything looks great in every mail client EXCEPT Outlook 2019. Outlook is replacing spaces and special characters with a ? symbol (screenshot attached). We just upgraded to v8 from ACS and never had this issue until we migrated. We have reached out to our Internal IT team to see if it was a security setting in Outlook making these changes and they blame it on the HTML, we reached out to Adobe and they said it was our internal security settings so we are basically running around in circles with no answers at all. Has anyone else dealt with this and if so, how did you fix it? We are using Outlook 2019 and when we view our emails in Email on Acid, we can't replicate this issue--it only happens when we send out the email (not a proof) to our Outlook accounts.

I am attempting to create shared (sub) workflows which other users could reuse them to do common tasks. What would be the best/proper way to pass variables that would work as parameters to these sub-workflows? Atm I am using instance variables, but I have a major issues with it. The following workflow, for example: Both sub-workflows use the instance.vars.parameter. Internally, on my sub-workflow, I would build a logic that halts the execution if the variable/parameter is not properly set. But, if the user forgets to set it on the second fork path, it will use the same instance.vars.parameter value of the first fork path. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to approach it?

I have workflow like that.In JS node I write the request to Target delivery API. Then it responds with JSON with products for a particular user. Delivery API has such a constraint. Do you have any ideas how I can workaround this in Campaign workflow? I am a little newbie to Campaign that's why I am asking:  

Hi,Currently SMS Opt-Out only add mobile to the Address Deny list, which isn't picked up in the individual Profile records and missed on Profile output processes. I've got a Workflow that queries the Address Resource, Reconciles to Profile records with matching mobile number and a Update node to update the "No longer contact by SMS" checkbox in that profile. But I'm having a hard time having the update node to actually update that check box.  How do I get the "Fields to update" to actually update that checkbox?Current logic:Unsure of the 'mark' checkbox syntax or something missing.Thanks in advance.   

We are planning to migrate campaigns from one Adobe Campaign v7 server to another.The plan involves a lift and shift of schemas, importing technical workflows, campaigns, delivery templates, etc., using package import sequentially. To import previously executed campaigns along with the related historical tracking and delivery logs, I am considering extending the campaign, tracking, and delivery log schemas and using an import workflow to load the data.What is the best way to import historical tracking and delivery logs? Does this approach work, and does anyone see any challenges with it?

Golden Nuggets   1. Splitting export files by count   Some customers require regular exports of logs from ACC instance to an external location for further reporting in a 3rd party application. For these exports, especially broadLogs and trackingLogs, the records count is sometimes too high, and exporting such huge files may not be the best approach. In these cases, we would be best by splitting up the files by row count, and have multiple files be exported instead of a single large file.   We need not run the query multiple times, and limit the size of returned records in a split. Instead, we can do this by querying the table(s) just once, and then splitting the result-set, for example 1M rows max. for each file. The remainder of the result-set can be looped over again without having to query again.     2. Hi, I've got a split in my workflow and from this split I've got 5 subsets which are linked to the deliveries. Now i want to limit the records in the subsets with 20%, but only if the amount of records is higher than 100. Otherwise if there are only 5 records it will still take 20% from it and then no one will get an email.  I tried doing this per subset with a test acitivity but that didn't work. So I'm starting to think that JavaScript is the only solution for this. Only my JavaScript skills are not adept enough to fix this.  Is JavaScript the only way this will work or are there other ways to make this work? Please help me out :)! Thanks!
