XSV-350059 Unable to upload the images to the tracking servers.

Hello Community 

I'm trying to manually publish an image to all frontal servers using this simple script.
Script :

var fileRes = xtk.fileRes.load("399962966");
fileRes.PublishIfNeeded();

But this error occurs 

XSV-350059 Unable to upload the images to the tracking servers.

Note: I'm trying this because when we attempt to modify an image that already exists with the same name, the image is only changed on one server and is not synchronized on the others.

We have two tracking servers.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
