Alert if an existing folder is renamed

I am looking to create an alert when a folder is renamed in ACC v7. Help with the script please.

@harikrishna_dev76 This can be achieved via workflow. You can create using xtk:folder schema with last modified =current date and adding an alert activity in case of change.
