I cannot upload ICS files to Public Resources in ACC. What config needs to be made to allow ICS files to be uploaded? cheers

Hi, We are creating a workflow and need to use a reconciliation node between a temporary table and a field of a resource. The problem we have is that in the resource field we need to take only the first 15 characters and the reconciliation node does not allow us to use functions, only the fields directly, how can we do it? Thanks Luis

I have a target of 300K recipients. The email has been already sent to 100K. I need to stop it and send a new delivery, same recurring delivery, to the 200K left.Stopped it because waves where wrongly configured. Hi there, We are seeing an odd behaviour in adobe campaign classic v7 instance, where we see few email addresses getting excluded from email delivery with reason denylisted address. Upon checking these email addresses in address schema we see that those are present there. So this is all good. But there are few other email addresses which are present in address schema marked as denylisted address but in the email delivery these are not excluded and the log says email has been sent successfully. How this is possible? It's the same email addresses present in both email delivery as well as address schema. Any inputs/details around denylisted addresses are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hi everybody!So far, we are only sending push notifications based on segments we send to ACS via midware (Blob storage, sFTP, etc.). However, we realize that those pushes are not sent in real-time.Our architects are now designing how our transactional push notifications will be sent and we are afraid that the user won´t receive them in real time. For instance, the user will receive a push right after making a payment (timing here is super important).They are designing it using mulesoft/API. Is there any chance that the push notification won´t be delivered in real-time by setting up transactional communication via API?thanks in advance

 Hello Everyone, I have a question that requires a quick resolution. I've been tasked with delivering a campaign to a large audience of approximately 300,000, followed by another campaign to a separate audience of about 300,000, with the requirement to exclude those targeted in the first dispatch. I have a 5-hour window between executing the first and second campaign. Given that this is a special occasion greeting EDM, both campaigns must be sent on the same day, with a maximum gap of 5 hours. Do you think it's feasible to execute both dispatches within this timeframe? Will Adobe be able to identify the delivery codes and exclude the first set of recipients accurately? Are there any best practices advising against this approach? This is an urgent client request, and any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi ,I have a question regarding the update from HTTP Legacy to HTTP v1 for Android push notification configuration. After making the update, we noticed a significant increase in invalid user errors during the send-out process. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, were you able to identify the cause? Could it be related to ACC's inability to determine the validity of many tokens over the past few months, resulting in a buildup of invalid tokens that we are only seeing now?Thank You.

We are considering not using ACS for transactional push because we need them to be real-time, and using it only for marketing purposes.But we need to send the tokens to our CDP or other systems. is it possible to do it without using workflows/files?
