Hi all, I have a workflow that runs every day and includes multiple Wait activities, each lasting more than one day. My question is: when the workflow runs again the following day, will the ongoing Wait activities be terminated, or will they continue until their specified wait time has been completed?Thank you in advance for any clarification! Best regards,Warisara

Hi, My use cases is that currently I have a Voucher code table which is automatically linked to each recipients. The recipients is then linked to the Voucher code table. I want to have a landing page in which I can get different unique Voucher Code to be displayed for each different user. I use pre-loading Activity and then used a personalized fields in the Page activity. The preview seems to show fine, however when I publish the page and access the link, it throws an error. Customer is buying V8 and AEP.Just going through V8 docu and would like to know how to realize campaigns based on web events. I see that Campaign is not able to track web events and we need to do tracking with WEB SDK and then share audiences with V8?

Hello! I am following instructions given to add a new named right and need to update a field length for the xtk:group name field from 64 to 128 bytes. I am working from the Adobe documentation for campaign classic v7.I am not able to get this work. Hi, I am wondering if it is possible to use the mirror links as part of an archiving process for emails sent via Message Center. And how supported a feature will mirror links be in Campaign v7 and v8? A separate process would look through an export of the mirror URL's to convert to PDF and store externally.  We have BCC in place currently but not a suitable solution for volume and the type of account we have. Thanks,Wayne

 I'm working on an Adobe Campaign workflow that generates personalized PDF attachments for each recipient based on customer data. Before attaching these PDFs to the emails, I need to encrypt them with a password to ensure security. Since Adobe Campaign doesn’t seem to have built-in PDF encryption capabilities, what are the best practices or solutions for applying password protection to these dynamic PDFs before sending them via email? Are there any external tools or integrations that work well with Adobe Campaign for this purpose, or is there a recommended workflow for achieving this? Any advice or examples would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, I am sending out a newsletter email using ACS. The email uses dynamic conditions for the Header and Footer, but the articles are variable based on the structure level using Conditional Visibility settings.  Each article has at least one CTA that is a URL link. Just sent to 1.6K successfully. In the send delivery dashboard, when I click on hot clicks report, it displays only the header and footer. None of the articles and so there is no way to see the hot clicks per article. I created a report based on Tracked URL and URL labels that shows there is data track with about a 17% CTR. How do I get the Hot Click report to display correctly for this delivery? Note, one earlier tests, it did display correctly.

Hello, Can someone please confirm what these fields represent with respect to Message Center?  nms:eventHisto > Process requested on (@scheduled) nms:eventHisto > Process started on (@processing) nms:eventHisto > Processed on (@processed) My understanding is that it is when inbound events are requested, started, and then processed from the Adobe system itself. Once it is processed, it is ready to be sent outbound and the time stamps have nothing to do with the delivery itself. Am I incorrect in that assessment? Thank you for your help!Robbie

Hello,I am creating an enrichment to pull in first name from a separate table that will be used in an email.  The field is defined below in Adobe, but when I code the targetData to reference that field, I am getting the error the targetData is not defined.  The way the enrichment is set up it looks like its not actually part of the target data but is a subset of it.  I am wondering if the "/" is causing the issue. Enrichment:   Field: TargetData reference: <%= targetData.onboarding/firstname %>, Any help is appreciated! thank you

HiWe currently are experiencing the following issue:Not all of our opens are tracked as the default open tracking pixel for Campaign is at the bottom of the email. The email content created by our business is sometimes too long so that particular clients like Gmail cut off the bottom of the email. Due to that the tracking pixel isn't loaded and an open isn't registered.We've tried to convince business of creating smaller emails but this isn't something they are willing to apply consistently.How can I move the default tracking pixel to the top of the email? Or how do you go about too long email content?I already tried including the Option of the OpenFormula manually at the top of the email, resulting in 2 tracking pixels. But it seems only the bottom one is being taken into account.Our current workaround is inserting a tracking pixel from Litmus but this isn't ideal as we don't have the data in Campaign using this method.Thanks!Leonie

I would like to call a subworkflow from a campaign, send the campaign internal name to the subworkflow, and pull that into the subworkflow query which builds a report for that campaign that was passed to it.     What code can I add to the subworkflow script that would pull instance.operation.internalName and then what code do I need in the Javascript activity in the subworkflow to pull out that internal name and pass it to the query?    Matthew

Hi all,I created a custom report that I export and send via email.Here the metrics that I include:Analysing the extracted data, I noticed that the "Total number of clicks" does not include all clicks made on the newsletter but only clicks made on CTAs. It therefore does not include clicks on mirror pages and opt outs (that I can see in Opt-Out metric).Is there a metric that includes all interactions (click on CTAs + mirror page + optout...)? If it does not exist, how can I extract the number of clicks on mirror page? And another question: how can I find the tracking log of the delivery sent by message center?Thanks  

Hi, In the project I am working in, I have to create a Recipients table with some attributes. Some of the attriubutes functionality exists already in the nms:recipients. However, I would like to alter some attributes to best match the clients specification. Here are the things I am trying to achieve1. In the Status enumeration, I would like to edit the value to something else.2. In the filed boolean 1, and boolean 2,  I would like to change the name and label to my business specification.3. If possible, I would like to change some names of the nms:recipients. All images are attached below. Please suggests ways or solutions in which I can achieve this functionality.
