Hi @marywa1 I guess you are referring to campaign workflow in the campaign.

 

The workflow is a workflow template and you might need Admin access to view the workflow tab.

 

Please check the access.

Hi @harikrishnadevanabowina , Thanks for replying!

If I am understanding correctly, it is not the campaign workflow but the 'workflow' tab at the bottom of the campaign workflow. I added a small screen shot, not sure it's showing in the post, above showing that the tab is located by the Edit and Journal tabs at the bottom of the campaign workflow.

 

Also, I do have admin access in this environment. 

 

I have attached a better screen shot of what we are seeing. Hope that helps give more details.
