Hi Experts,client version- adobe campaign v7 In Explorer, under left menu, I'm seeing the panel with earth icon. Within this panel, I need to create many entries as a part of my job. For Example-Step 1: I click on this new icon.Step 2: I fill the form and hit save. (And it adds a new row in table)I'm not having too much experience in Adobe Campaign, but feeling sure that there should be some way maybe making a script somewhere or something to reduce the manual efforts and automatize it. anybody can pls guide me if it's possible.Thanks and Regards,Shaktiraj Daudra

We created a schema in Adobe Campaign Client Console 8.6.2 from external database (Snowflake). Most attributes got created with correct/equivalent datatype. However for any columns in snowflake with decimals Eg datatype NUMBER(9,2), the data type in Adobe Campaign Client Console was created as  Long by default  (type="long"). We tried to change the tag from type="long" to type="double" or type="float" but got error BASE-010042 value "123.12" is not a valid integer (32 bit). I would like to know if this is a known issue in the product  & if there is any workaround. Your inputs are appreciated !!

Can someone advice me the way/commands to stop the workflow using the program/inbuilt API?

Have a client who has hundreds of campaigns and they want to be able to Disable ALL of them easily, and then only turn on a handful during particular weather events.  Can anyone help.  We thought maybe we could reset a value in a table using a Stored Proc - want to make sure it is the right table (first of all).  I have heard discussions about writing a custom Technical Workflow to do this but I never knew how that ended.  

Hello everyone,I’ve searched the forum for solutions but haven’t found anything, so I’m taking the liberty of asking the question in case someone else has experienced this. I have workflows that fail randomly on various activities. It can range from a simple query to a basic exclusion activity without any technical parameters.In short, my workflows can fail at any time and at any activity. The problem is that I don’t get any error messages in the logs, so I don’t know how to proceed. I have already restarted the entire instance and all the services to no avail.No network issues detected. Do you have any suggestions I could explore?We’re planning to perform a PostgreSQL update today, but I doubt it will resolve the issue. This issue affects all the workflows in my marketing instance.

Hello!I want to be able to change automatically typology based on a field that we have in the delivery template (for example Delivery code = XXX) so that when choosing delivery code (we have a customized delivery code) from a dropdown menu the typology is also switched automatically.Here can you find some screenshots:When changing for example this DIalog field to ONEOFF: Then the typology would adjust with a customised one that we have created.Is it possible to do it and how do I proceed? Should I build the logic in the input form of delivery?Thanks in advance  

Hello!I've a question regarding typology rules and other standard filters such as "duplicate address" rule.Background: I want to insert a master control of 5% for all email communication and I would like to insert it as a SQL based rule in typologies.Since we have also other usual control groups in some send-outs I want to make sure that the new SQL based rule will be run before the usual control group creation.I now see that we have a "Duplicate address" check between the SQL rules and the creation of control group and I would like to move it before all SQL rules:How can I do it? As far as I know this check is the first checkbox here:Can someone help me understand how to move the order of this rule for all send-outs?

Does any documentation exist on how to use the Pivot Table (v5 compatibility) option when adding a table to a report? The structure is different than the basic Pivot Table option.

HelloWe need to extract the data from a list to a big query external account already set up, we are able to receive data from Big Query, but  when I set up my file  upload acitvity, in theremote server part, my external account  is not availble to select.The big query external account we set up, is an external database type Any ideas? PS: we dont want to transfer to SFTP

Hi Team, Hope this mails finds you well !! I'm trying to configure file transfer activity in adobe campaign classic v7. After the files are read from the sFTP I want them to be moved into archival folder that's created in the sFTP. I have added the same path that is created into file transfer's "file historization setting section" wherein I'm using storage directory as the path created in the sFTP. When the activity is running its able to read the file but unable to move it to the archival folder. I have also checked if we have the access to create or delete the files in that folder as I'm able to do it manually. Can you please help me on how can i transfer the files to a different storage directory ?? Regards,Himanshi S

I'm using on-premise Adobe campaign manager 7.4.1 hosted on RHEL9. We upgraded from 7.3.5 which was on RHEL7. Hi there, Is it possible to retrieve parameters from the URL and check whether a response has already been submitted in the custom schema I created? I want to perform this check when a user clicks on the WebApp Survey link in the email. I’ve defined variables and set them as parameters under the WebApp’s properties:ctx.vars.feature_cd1, ctx.vars.feature_cd2, ctx.vars.feature_cd3, ctx.vars.feature_cd4. Can I add a JavaScript activity right before the page activity to check if a response has already been submitted for feature_cd=1, which corresponds to the feature_name1 column in the schema? If a response or value exists for that feature and the email ID, the user should see a "Thank you, you have already submitted the response" message. Similarly, if the URL contains two features (e.g., feature_cd=1&feature_cd2=2), the page should display two questions. Hi,We are currently migrating from v7 to v8 and have come across a custom function which was added in v7 but is not in v8. In v7 we are using this function translate(<fieldname>,'0123456789','') To remove all non numeric characters from a phone number. I believe this was added as a custom SQL function but I can't find a record of it. I would appreciate any help in getting this function recreated in our v8 instance

Hello,  Does Adobe have the OOTB feature or capabilities to create a Waterfall report from Workflow activities?  In a previous CRM system, I could easily create a Waterfall that would list all the activities and the quantities associated with them.  Asking because I don't want to go down the route of creating Instance Variables for each activity and writing them out in an Alert.

Hi, I am trying to build a workflow which will be used to export data through an API.I have to make multiple joins and also do retrieval of xml fields within clob columns so I have chosen to write sql queries in javascript activities for this.After the javascript retrieval I am populating temporary tables with the data, and then read those tables later in the workflow to build the object being sent to the API. I don't want to send too big requests to the API, therefore I have chosen to loop through the records, until none is left to process. Hi All,I’ve been working on setting up the Control Group using the Advanced Campaign Parameters in Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) by uploading a predefined list. However, after conducting a test dispatch with two audience members, their tracking data is still visible in the Audit Dashboard.My goal is to analyze campaign performance in the dashboard excluding tracking data for both the seed addresses and the control group.To achieve this, I would appreciate guidance on:Proper configuration of the Control Group in ACC: I want to include all audience members from the uploaded list without using random sampling.Steps to ensure the Control Group and seed list are excluded from performance tracking in the dashboard.If someone could explain the correct setup or point me in the right direction, it would be a great help. Looking forward for a quick response team!!! Thanks in Advance!
