Hello guys, i'm wondering if there's a log with the rejected connections to adobe campaign.  Another team added a proxy to an external source, and we're no longer receiving data. I think it's related with the new IP / URL of the proxy, which won't be whitelisted in our control panel and serverConf.xml.  Any help on this? Thank you in advance!

Hi, Is it possible to create a new Named Right so users can interact with data via Snowflake External Account in workflows? Testing shows that only possible via Admin access, and we need to separate out for standard users to run BAU queries via the external account for Snowflake. Thanks,Wayne

We created a schema in Adobe Campaign Client 8.6.2 from external database (Snowflake). The table name for example snowflake is ABC_DEF_GHI and the label and Name provided when creating the schema in Adobe was the sameABC_DEF_GHI. We would like to change the label to ABC DEF GHI & name to abcDefGhi (Pascal Casing). When I tried to edit label="ABC DEF GHI" & name="abcDefGhi"There were errors displayed when I changed it & saved. When I cleared cache, disconnected & reconnect back & searched there are 2 entries, one with the old label & name & another with new label & name. The old one works fine while the new one on going to Data tab or other tabs show below error"XSV-350000 Unable to load document of identifier 'rqa:abcDefGhi' and type 'xtk:schema'." Please let me know how to resolve this issue. Your inputs are much appreciated !!

I am looking for the way to setup read only access for operators. According to what I found in this video:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/campaign-standard-learn/tutorials/administrating/managing-user-access-rightsit should be achievable. However, using the setup described in this video my operators still can create, modify or run elements on the instance. I tried to set different parent units and even keep it empty, but still the outcome is the same. Does anyone know how to achieve read-only access? Thanks,Dominik

Hi Team , We have a requirement  if someone can help please. Our client organization is segregated in multiple business unit structure . We have separate folder structure for each BU which contains all the necessary campaign management entities. Some business users  are part of multiple BU's and has access to resources of multiple BU's via named right. The ask is if a user User1 has access to two BU's  A & B and when he tries to create a campaign under BU A, he should only be able to view and select delivery templates under BU A folder and not the ones under BU B . Since the user has rights for BU B  he is still able to select delivery templates from BU B  . I want to restrict the selection of delivery template based on campaign folder under which the campaign is getting created . Is it possible , has anyone did any similar implementation like this ? Any help would be appreciated !Thanks

Hey all, I am creating a web application (Node.js) that needs to call some API endpoints in Adobe Campaign Classic SOAP API v8.I have created a project in the developer console and added an integration to our v8 stage instance (see screenshot below) I couldn't find in the documentation any resource that explains how to use the generated access token to call v8 SOAP API. All the examples that I found are using a username/password to generate a session token. Can you help? maybe an article or a tutorial that I can follow? Thank you

Hi Experts, client version- adobe campaign v7 In Explorer, under left menu, I'm seeing the panel with earth icon. Within this panel, I need to create many entries as a part of my job. For Example-Step 1: I click on this new icon.Step 2: I fill the form and hit save. (And it adds a new row in table)I'm not having too much experience in Adobe Campaign, but feeling sure that there should be some way maybe making a script somewhere or something to reduce the manual efforts and automatize it. anybody can pls guide me if it's possible. Thanks and Regards,Shaktiraj Daudra

We created a schema in Adobe Campaign Client Console 8.6.2 from external database (Snowflake). Most attributes got created with correct/equivalent datatype. However for any columns in snowflake with decimals Eg datatype NUMBER(9,2), the data type in Adobe Campaign Client Console was created as  Long by default  (type="long"). We tried to change the tag from type="long" to type="double" or type="float" but got error BASE-010042 value "123.12" is not a valid integer (32 bit). I would like to know if this is a known issue in the product  & if there is any workaround. Your inputs are appreciated !!

Can someone advice me the way/commands to stop the workflow using the program/inbuilt API?

Have a client who has hundreds of campaigns and they want to be able to Disable ALL of them easily, and then only turn on a handful during particular weather events.  Can anyone help.  We thought maybe we could reset a value in a table using a Stored Proc - want to make sure it is the right table (first of all).  I have heard discussions about writing a custom Technical Workflow to do this but I never knew how that ended.

Hello everyone,I’ve searched the forum for solutions but haven’t found anything, so I’m taking the liberty of asking the question in case someone else has experienced this. I have workflows that fail randomly on various activities. It can range from a simple query to a basic exclusion activity without any technical parameters. In short, my workflows can fail at any time and at any activity. The problem is that I don’t get any error messages in the logs, so I don’t know how to proceed. I have already restarted the entire instance and all the services to no avail. No network issues detected. Do you have any suggestions I could explore? We’re planning to perform a PostgreSQL update today, but I doubt it will resolve the issue. This issue affects all the workflows in my marketing instance.

Hello!I want to be able to change automatically typology based on a field that we have in the delivery template (for example Delivery code = XXX) so that when choosing delivery code (we have a customized delivery code) from a dropdown menu the typology is also switched automatically. Here can you find some screenshots:When changing for example this DIalog field to ONEOFF: Then the typology would adjust with a customised one that we have created. Is it possible to do it and how do I proceed? Should I build the logic in the input form of delivery? Thanks in advance

Hello!I've a question regarding typology rules and other standard filters such as "duplicate address" rule. Background: I want to insert a master control of 5% for all email communication and I would like to insert it as a SQL based rule in typologies.Since we have also other usual control groups in some send-outs I want to make sure that the new SQL based rule will be run before the usual control group creation.I now see that we have a "Duplicate address" check between the SQL rules and the creation of control group and I would like to move it before all SQL rules:How can I do it? As far as I know this check is the first checkbox here:Can someone help me understand how to move the order of this rule for all send-outs?

Hello, a memeber of my team is having this problem trying to logging into our campaing instance.I would like to know where to look the login logs and what is the standard solution (If anyone had this problem) Thank you in advance!

Hi Team, Hope this mails finds you well !! I'm trying to configure file transfer activity in adobe campaign classic v7. After the files are read from the sFTP I want them to be moved into archival folder that's created in the sFTP. I have added the same path that is created into file transfer's "file historization setting section" wherein I'm using storage directory as the path created in the sFTP. When the activity is running its able to read the file but unable to move it to the archival folder. I have also checked if we have the access to create or delete the files in that folder as I'm able to do it manually. Can you please help me on how can i transfer the files to a different storage directory ?? Regards,Himanshi S
