Hi AllWhile trying to run a JSSP in adobe campaign classic v7, I am getting below error.XML-110009 Unable to find the element 'Body' of path '/' (document with schema 'SOAP-ENV:Envelope') Could anyone help me on this. I am trying to offer using soap call as per the adobe documentation.Integration via SOAP (server side) | Adobe Campaign. Thank you

Hi Adobe Team,I am using the Data Loading activity in Adobe Campaign Classic v8, which includes a column for studentid. Upon analyzing the data, I noticed that the studentid column contains blank values.I have configured the following settings:Allow Null: Set to "Always populated."Error Processing: Set to "Ignore the value."However, I observed that the entire row is being rejected instead of ignoring the blank value and processing the other column values. I am unable to understand how the error processing works, despite reviewing the Adobe documentation.Could you please provide clarification on the following error processing options and how they function?1. Ignore the value2. Reject the line3. Use a default value in case of error4. Use a default value in case the value is not remapped5. Is there a way to activate push notifications (Campaign Standard) on Flutter?The SDK includes the messaging extension but I can't find if it can be used with ACS as it is for AJO.

Hi Everyone, I’m learning about input forms. I have 6 parameters, and I want the second parameter to become visible as soon as the user starts typing in the previous parameter. For example:When I type something in Parameter 1, Parameter 2 should appear, and so on for the rest. I've run my workflow. It looks like it has finished, but I don't see the delivery it generated.In v7 there you could see those in the deliveries section , on the right in the campaign general info. In v7, you could see that here:  

Hello, i'm having a problem while sending push notifications. I get the error "Failed to identify developer account, please check your ID and password".  When I check the mobile application and run the Test Connection method, it works properly, so I guess it's well configured. What am I missing? I created the Mobile App, added the information and loaded the project JSON, is there anything more I should do?  Thank you in advance  @parthasarathy @_manoj_kumar_

Hi, I have a use case whee I have to use the APIs to list the audience present in adobe campaign for my organization. This data is then used exported to an external service.I have looked in this documentation . This seems to only expose profiles, services and workflow although there are a lot more resources available in adobe campaign like, email template, images, campaigns etc.Is there a way to get this information, is there any documentation that I have missed?Thanks!!

Hi, I'm trying to call a subworkflow, that queries the nms:recipient table, based on varying variables passed into the sub workflow. This all works fine, but when returning to the parent workflow, I can't do much with it. Trying to do things like enrich it, or even something as basic as split it. I get errors generally relating to missing schema definitions, i.e.XTK-170024 The temporary 'temp:subworkflow-jumpin' schema is not defined in the current context. Is there any way I can tell it what it's being passed is the result of a query on nms:recipient, or is there some other configuration that's required?

Dear ACS Experts, We are working on a business case. It is kind of distributed marketing where a central head body designs and defines a campaign and sends out communication to local agencies for enrollment. If local agencies opts-out of the campaign, the email communication won't be sent out to the customer of those agencies. We have created a custom resource to capture the consent of agencies whether they want to be enrolled or opt-out(if agencies does not opt-out in an stipulated time-frame, they'll be automatically enrolled in). Can someone please guide me the most viable and efficient way to capture the agencies consent in the custom resource? I tried with acquisition landing page, but custom resource attributes are not present in the fields to update.

We have recently transitioned our SMS program out of ACS and believe we have all workflows turned off. However, in the subscription extract we are pulling down daily, I'm finding subscribe and unsubscribe records still populating. Looking for some guidiance on how else to find possible workflows that we missed or if there is something behind the scenes we need to turn off.

Hello,I am following this tutorial, but come to the conclusion that even though the tutorial shows segmentation with timezone set to CET (UTC+01), it sends the communication at UTC, so one hour later than expected.The documentation shows that ToDateTime does *not* take timezones into account, for that one needs to use ToDateTimeWithTimezone. How does the string need to look? ToDateTimeWithTimezone("2024-11-29 09:45:00+01"), as by ISO-standard or ToDateTimeWithTimezone("2024-11-29 09:45:00", "Europe/Stockholm") as by the description in the documentation?

We need to turn off the ACS system or pause it right now. What would be the easiest way to do that and turn it back on when needed? We have over 1600 users and 100 security roles. Trying to figure out a way to not update each role manually. 

Hey adobe campaign classic 7 wizards, i'm in bit of a bind here.Suddenly we can't upload pictures to our tracking / web server.we get this error IOB-090020 Error in SSL library: 'IOB-090013 error:1416F086:SSL routines:tls_process_server_certificate:certificate verify failed (code 337047686)'XSV-350059 Unable to upload the images to the tracking servers. So it seems that TLS cert, is the problem.It is build in amazon work spcaces.We have a load balancer added, but i have checked the load balancer, the application server, the web/tracking server and the RDS database, and everyone seems to be with a valid TLS certificate It worked fine in December. Any clue to where to look next ?  Many ThanksRobert.

HelloWe have deployed a web application for one-click unsubscription provided by adobe. The web app includes customizations to track the Delivery ID and update specific fields as required.Issue Details:The web app has been published successfully, and the unsubscribe button is visible in the emails sent to recipients.When clicking the unsubscribe button in the email, the web app does not get triggered.However, when we manually copy the unsubscribe URL from the email's source code (via "Show Original") and paste it into the browser, the web app works as expected.Expected Behavior:The unsubscribe button in the email should directly trigger the web app and process the unsubscription, Update required fields, return delivery ID of the delivery.Troubleshooting Steps Taken:Verified that the web app URL is correct in the email's unsubscribe button.Tested the web app by directly accessing the URL in a browser, and it worked as expected.Confirmed that the web app is published and operational.We n

Why does a child workflow need to start with an "End Jump (1)" and end with a "Start Jump (2)"?Is there any specific logic behind how Adobe handles this in the back end?2. If I save my sub-workflow and call it in my primary workflow, will the sub-workflow execute every time?I want to ensure that fresh data is used, as my sub-workflow contains a query that retrieves data from the customer schema, which is updated daily.3. If an error occurs, a copy of the sub-workflow is created for debugging.In such cases, do I need to call the copy of the sub-workflow in my primary workflow (e.g., copyTest instead of test)?4. In my primary workflow, can I call the sub-workflow directly after the Start activity?Will it work? If not, what conditions or configurations should I take care of before and after the Sub-Workflow activity in the primary workflow?
