Adobe Campaign

We send emails in Campaign to a list of around 100k. Every single link in an email seems to receive a minimum number of clicks, nothing receives zero. Our suspicion is this maybe automated/non-human (systems checking links don't send users off to dodgy websites, that kind of thing). Is there some way we can get closer to knowing if that is the case?

I need to add a formula in a workflow which should be based on the last date of the month for a given date.This was originally done in SQL by using the function:DATEFIELD > Last_Day(Add_Months(Current_Date+1,+4))Now I am trying to replicate this result in ACS.I am to this point:@DateField > ToDate(DateOnly(AddDays(GetDate(), 120))) is there a way to make sure this calculation is based on Last_Day? Thanks,Elisa 

I am working on installing Campaign Classic specifically the Application server but can't seem to get it to recognize Java. I am following the install guide here: Installing the server Tech stack:Server: Windows Server 2016 Datacenter (64 bit)Application: Adobe Campaign Class v7.0.8795 (32 bit)Open JDK: 1.8.0_211 (32 bit)Any attempt to start the web server errors out with JVM-510037. I have confirmed Java is installed, and that the environment variables are in the system path. In the end this will be a hybrid deployment between a 3-tier (web/app/db) on-prem and Adobe Cloud.Any help will be appreciated! I spent hours searching through Adobe Campaign installations documentation but was not able to find a solution.  

Hi everyone, I have few questions related to SOAP calls (we are having hybrid instance of AC v7): 1. I know that SOAP calls are made via Adobe Cloud. So does Adobe cloud store anything related to these SOAP calls? If yes, what sort of data and for how long? 2. It mentions that info is stored in AC application server - does it mean within AC databse and where is it located? Can anyone please help in this? Thanks,Vinay

I have updated my all list from default datasource to externalaccount : ffda, (Snowflake), but old campaign workflows are used the same list but that is pointing default. how to update the all readlist activities?

Hi We have a requirement to check the content of the source URL before adding the additional tracking url parameters in the email delivery. For example, if we add the source url in the email delivery as:https://www.sampleurl.com/?cmpid=samplecmpid Can we use a condition in ACS tracking url additional parameter configuration to check the value of source url above and do not add any parameter if there's already a parameter for ex. cmpid? I am not able to find the value of source URL in the applicability condition below:  Thanks in Advance!

I Have migrated the list's from default to snowflake, with the same name and internal name. but existing campaigns are referring these list's using readlist activity. but still the campaigns are readlist activity is referring default. if i delete these activity and recreated means it is working fine but multiple campaigns are using the readlist activity any ways to to update the campaign workflows.?

We have realised that opt-out indicator attribute in delivery doesn't consider unique clicks (like unique recipient click attribute). Is this the default behaviour? are there any attributes which we can use to get the unique opt-outs for a particular email delivery? 

Hi All, Does anyone know of a way to install the client console for Adobe Campaign V8 on a windows device. Ultimately, we would like to be able to deploy the application to selected users via SCCM or Microsoft Intune however there does not seem to be any documentation or indication this is possible.

Hi Sirs, I ve been trying to create a validation for a field consisting of drop-down button/enumeration with 5 options. The goal is: if a user creates a new delivery template and leaves the field empty then an error message must pop-up once user tries to press the save button. So far i haven't been successful tho. here is the relevant part of the form.the input:<container><input required="true" xpath="@userPreference"/><static label="NB: Choose opt-out based on what category the email belongs to." type="help"/></container> and, in the bottom part of the form file, the leave+check part <leave name="leave"><check expr="@userPreference!=''"><error>test_test</error></check></leave></form> What am i missing?  Cheers

Hi all, I'm hoping someone might be able to aid us with a long-standing problem we've been trying to solve. We never managed it in Campaign Standard, but we're hoping it may be possible in v8. We have multiple subscription services, many of which are probably old and redundant now. I'd like to perform an audit, and look up all deliveries associated to each service, so I can then identify the inactive ones. I have tried multiple different ways when creating a query, using various targeting dimensions, but I can't seem to find the right logic to display back to me the delivery label, and the associated service label that was within the targeting. Any insight or guidance would be most welcome. Thank you.

I'm trying to understand how to adopt Adobe Campaign. With our current Responsys setup we use the following that I am trying to figure out which Adobe uses that are equivalent or others would recommend to look into:Merge Trigger - updates profile master table and sub tablesMerge List Recipients - update the table with potential changes to a users email info or optout status Upsert Supplemental Events Table - insert or update secondary event specific tables with things like attendance info (Registered, Attended, No Show)Any direction or suggestions on this would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, Is it possible to export/import from one ACC instance to another the structure of folders in the explorer. E.g., we have a Campaign Management Folder with 10 subfolders, and each subfolder has an additional 3 subfolders beneath it. Can we export all 40 of these folders as a package and import the nested folders into another instance of Adobe Campaign?

Hello! I have a challenge to overcome and I hope some of you can help me out here.I have a special need and I need to check 4 different email attributes in the target mapping before sending out emails to some particular customers.We have 4 attributes in the recipient table and the hierarchy is as follow:@457687- if populated we send the communication @825706- we use it if 1 is empty @1304489- we use it if 1 and 2 are empty @1424983- we use it if 1,2 and 3 are empty I tried to use some functions (coalesce and emptyString) but I cannot get a correct result and changing the architecture is unfortunately not an option.So I need to use a function in the email target mapping that works as explained. Thanks in advance
