Hi I have a bit of an unusual request. We need to perform a manual step in some of our campaigns. AC will select the list of the customers, then this list has to be given to an operator and workflow should be paused until the operation is completed. I was planning Export the list as a file using Export activity and then attach the list to Approval activity and send the file. However, it seems that Approval activity does not have that option. I tested multiple ways to do it, none of them works. Even if I manage to transfer the file name to the activity, it cannot be attached because the process will actually happen on the mid-sourcing server and the file is exported on our marketing instance. Next, I attempted to provide a link to download the file. I used xtk:fileRes to generate the resource, but it did not work either. It seems that xtk:fileRes can only generate image resource and does not work with CSV. What other option do I have? In Campaign version 7, the team uses distribution lists (DL) such as cci-martech@cox.com as native operators. These operators are only used to send monitoring emails from workflows. The DLs are configured in Outlook and do not have any associated inbox.  In Campaign version 8, the DLs must be in IMS and must have an email address associated with them. What are the alternatives for supporting email notifications to distribution lists in v8?

Within the newsletter tracking we receive the same values for distinct clicks and cumulated clicks which we wouldn't expect. Recipient clicks are lower. Please help to explain the values and the setup.

how to disable tracking only if link is copied from the email and pasted it in the browser?Tracking should be enabled if link is clicked directly from the email.  

I created in ACS a small report in which I compare the bounce and error rates of a few campaigns. Somehow the numbers don't add up.Look at the first line: 116 + 101 + 72 = 289. Errors and bounces are supposed to be 383, what sub category am I missing?

Hello, We are migrating our entire adobe campaign standard platform to adobe campaign V8. In ACS we are having transactional messages which are profile based and non-profile based. how does profile based transactional message works in V8. If profile based doesn't work in V8, do we have any sort of option to link the transactional message event to an custom schema to apply some custom typology rules or some other processing?  Thankyou!

Hello,  Im looking for the next numeric format: I get the value(targetData.val_generic_2) 50000,98 from the DB (keep in mind that the dataType (type="") os the variable in our DataScheme is "Double") In my include I have this:  <%= parseInt(targetData.val_generic_2).toString().replace(/\B(?=(\d{3})+(?!\d))/g, ".") %> With this parseInt I manage to transform 50000 into 50.000... It's way more estethic. But I need 50.000,98... the comma and the last 2 numeric values. There's a simple way to do this? I can enhance the parseInt with more parameters or I should do JS inside the include personalization block. Thank you.

Hi, I need to count of records , for example, I have 3 transaction in my database activity after split I am getting total number of records show up on arrow (as normally we see) so now I need to get these counts and either put that number in temp schema or any excel file (for reporting purpose) please let me know, thanks for your support.  GUPTAA

Hello I am trying to find a solution to update Month name ( Jan, Feb, March) and year value (2025) dynamically in an update activity. The value should look like "Data from March 2025"The Month name should be starting from next month. For example, If I run the workflow in Jan, then the month value should be FEB.Tried using "'Data from '+Month(AddMonths(formatDate(GetDate(), '%B'), 1))+' '+Year(GetDate())" but it is giving error  XTK-170016 You are not authorized to use SQL expressions. 'formatDate' cannot be processed.Similar to above requirement, I am also trying to add dynamic values in two fields lets say startDate and endDate.startDate should be from 1st of next month when the workflow executes.endDate should be last date of next month from when the workflow executes.if the workflow executes in Feb, startDate would be 1/3/2025 and endDate would be 31/3/2025.  Thanks

We are doing a offer redemption campaign with three segments High, Low and Mid Value users as HV,MV & LV. We first want the offer to rollout to HV, after 5 days to MV and after 3 days to LV. Does ACS support a functionality to send segments on different dates ensuring latest data is fetched each time. Using wait block doesnt work, bcz in that case MV & LV users wont be latest fetched.
