Hi Community,

I would like to know if a user is removed access for the Adobe campaign standard as he is no longer working or changed roles, does it have any affect to the workflows that were created by him/her within the ACS instance?

do they run as usual without any hiccups?

Hi Mandm,

Like Campaign Classic, removing users from Campaign Standard will impact a workflow's ability to function as it draws its permissions from the operator. Please see the thread below which goes into some steps for a workaround in case you need to perform a mass update to impacted workflows:

Craig

Hi @craig_thonis

I am going to perform the below,

login to admin console

search for the user via the email address

edit products and remove all associated products including the administrative rights (profile admin and product admin)

does this still cause the above issue that you listed regarding the functioning of workflows if any created by this user?
