Hello everyone, A question, is there any way within a delivery to stop the sent dynamically according to the number of recipients to be sent? For example, if it exceeds 100k recipients, or if it gives an error or requires approval, but if it is less than 100k recipients, it will be executed automatically. We are aware that one option would be to include it in a workflow with a test node to validate it before delivery, but we have a requirement to reduce the number of nodes in the workflows. Thanks

Hi all,   Need an advice from the community on your experience about migrating stuff from v7 to v8 via standard packages.   As such, if you package something from a v7 instance, and try to deploy to the v8 instance you get an error during deployment stating that the source instance build 7.something is lower than the target instance build 8.something. To overcome this, you can update the package build version manually in the package xml and deploy the package. It has worked fine as a POC for most of the entities. But is there anyone who has had an experience deploying from v7 to v8 in such fashion and can share some guidelines (do's/dont's).   This is jus about migrating the entities, not any recipient related or other custom table data. I know there are some features in v7 which are no longer available/supported in v8, so they are out of question.   I know Adobe does not recommend this, instead they recommend to move to v7 managed services first and then they would

We are getting this error when we are linking the data from an excel file using data loading. We even faced this when the data was stored in a List in ACC and linked the list. We tried restarting workflow, adding an enrichment before delivery or/ and after linking enrichment. But same error. We are actively trying to manage the burgeoning number of audiences in AEP and then "downstream" in Campaign v8. I've been told to "expire" any no-longer-necessary audiences in both tools, but I'm not sure how to do this.

Hi All, I have created custom target mapping, all 3 delivery log, exclusion and tracking schemas are created, while testing email delivery through own email id i can see entry in delivery log and tracking , what is best way to test exclusion , i have already setup custom denylist field for email in target mapping, once my email/id is quarantined, what is best way to delete entry from exclusion schema, so i can do further testing on same email. and also some insight in denylist will be helpfull or any additional info while seting up and testing denylist .Thanks in advance.

Hi Everyone,While uploading an AMP mailer using the Browser folder option in the Email Delivery template, I noticed that Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) does not properly update image paths to URLs. Upon investigation, I found that the issue is due to the use of <amp-img> tags in AMP mailers, whereas ACC expects standard <img> tags.  As a temporary workaround, I’m currently renaming all <amp-img> tags to <img> before uploading the HTML into ACC, which resolves the issue for now.However, I’d like to understand if there’s a permanent solution to this—perhaps by making changes in the Input Forms or updating configurations in serverConf.xml to support <amp-img> or custom image extensions?Any guidance or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Krishna

Hi,We have configured Pressure rules for Android and iOS, but they are not showing up in exclusion tab or in exclusion summary.We configured contact date in delivery as well using control typology and made sure control typology will apply first and pressure will apply after that. Need your help. @vraghav  Thanks,Krishna

For email campaigns within Adobe Marketing or events within Adobe Message Center are you always following the recommendation to exclude quarantined email addresses? While we understand the ISP health and deliverability stance from Adobe on sending emails to quarantined email addresses, we have recently identified a population of previously quarantined email addresses that we know are valid and are now reconsidering recommended approach to what we consider standard “servicing” and “marketing” email communication. Please note, this question is specifically targeting email addresses that are considered quarantined by adobe standards and not “denylist – spam complaints”.   In addition, have you considered periodically resetting quarantined email addresses back to valid?

Hello, Currently, if a file transfer activity is set up with the "File download" action and "Delete the source files after transfer enabled", if no file is specified in the activity, it will download & then delete the entire content of the S3 bucket and all child folders. where is the fileTransfer activity configured in ACC?is there a documented modification to this behavior to limit deletion to only one object?Thanks,Skyler

Hi, I'm trying to install a local instance for educational purposes,As following steps, i installed Oracle jdk, postgres and downloaded ACC v7 build 9346.While I was installing the ACC server, it keeps shouting this error as in the screenshot. "System error: access is deniedBAS-010002: parameter error" Is there any way that I can get help for this issue?Also, Does anybody know if I can install local instance for campaign v8?

Hi, I'm planning to send some data from ACS via External API activity to Dynamics 365, but Dynamics 365 authentication token expires every 1hr, I can't be able to send data out automatically (need to manually update the token after it expires). Could anyone please suggest what needs to be done to fetch new authentication token after expiration / after 1hr. Thanks!

Based on the documentation here, I understand sending audiences from AEP to AC will be more streamlined in Adobe Campaign v8: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/destinations/catalog/email-marketing/adobe-campaign-managed-services#_blankA few questions:1. Will the data be stored as a List in AC? 2. Will we be able to export array data - note, the mechanism to export array objects already exists in current state AEP, but it is not very straightforward. Custom coding is required at the destination setup level. Will this change at all with v8? I am guessing not, since this will be an enhancement to AEP, rather than AC, but asking for confirmation.

Hello, I'm trying to pass dictionary key-value object to display personalized content in recurring delivery and I'm not sure how to do so. General idea is that first I'm querying my database and then I'm using javascript activity to:1. Get customerIds from targetSchema2. Do some calculations through third party API3. Save the results in key-value pairs, one value per one recipient, for example: var dictionary = { 'customerId021': 'value1', 'customerId525': 'value2', 'customerId333': 'value3' }; up to this point everything is fine and now I wanted to pass this object to vars event variable to use it in recurring delivery activity, so in my javascript I did the following:vars.contentDictionary = dictionary;and in my delivery I was planning to do something as follows:<%= vars.contentDictionary.consumerId %>so the content would display different value per each user based on his consumerId. Unfortunately this is not working as expected as after the line:vars.c
