Hello, We are investigating strategies to send Adobe Campaign Classic alerts to a Microsoft Teams channel. Is there a standard integration with MS Teams for Adobe Campaign Classic or has anyone identified a successful method to deliver alerts to MS Teams from ACC? We have identified the following alternative options if there is no standard integration:Using the email specified for the Teams channel, create a delivery with the Teams channel's email as a recipient.Using the email specified for the Teams channel, create a user with the Teams channel's email and add it as an operator to the supervisor group which receives alerts.Thanks,Skyler

We are encountering a recurring issue in our Adobe Campaign environment involving a persistent database cursor process that appears to be related to nlserver_web_xxx. Specifically, we are observing entries such as: Fetch 30 FROM cur2383 This cursor remains in an active state in the database and does not get released, even though there are no active campaigns or workflows running at the time. As a result, it is locking certain tables that are critical for our nightly data refresh processes. What is the purpose of this nlserver_web_xxx process and the associated cursor (e.g., cur2383)?Why does the cursor remain active and not get released automatically?

I've used a JS activity to query the recipients, and also extract the IDs.I need to to this to apply some logic to sort them randomly, and apply some other logic to them. Hi,I have created a table Label="EXT20 Card unlinked event", name="cardUnLinkedEvent" and also one more schema was accidentally created with Label="EXT20 Card Unlinked Event", name="cardUnLinkedEvent". Not sure how it allowed to create with same name. when i tried to rename one of them, two more schema/Table got created. (All four highlighted in blue)Now, i want to delete all the four schema, but i am getting below error while deleting any of these schema.Also, while updating the database structure for any of the new schema in that instance I am getting below error.All the four schemas are custom build, there are no records in schema/Table, there is no linking used in the schema, there is no dependency on this four schema. How can i delete this four schema?

Hi Everyone, I'm trying to send a push notification delivery to Android devices using the script below in a workflow. However, I'm facing two issues:In the first case, the delivery is targeting everyone instead of just me.In the second case, the JavaScript activity runs for a long time, but nothing seems to happen.Am I missing something or doing anything wrong in the process? I've a schema abc:multipleops (that stores all operations - transactions - related to a recipient) that I need to stablish a N-1 relationship with Recipients. Hello ACS professionals, I need to send a transactional email that includes product details. The landing page is hosted outside of Adobe Campaign Standard (ACS), and the information is passed through an external API. When a user fills out a form containing product details such as the product name, code, etc., I need to send a confirmation email that includes the product information. However, I am unable to map the product details into the transactional email because they are not recognized as dynamic fields, even though I have added these fields to the Data Structure section in the Event Configuration. How can I do this? Email details are like this:Your Product DetailsProduct type: Product name: Model/Product code: Date of purchase:

Hello everyone, I am still pretty new to ACS and is encountering an issue on plain text. I understand different ESP will have different renders and I have run into this issue of plain text alignment. On the plain text editor, I have aligned it to what I want it to be. However, when I send the proofs, all else looks fine except for the plain text version. There are 2 scenarios I ran into. When I make a slight edit on the plain text, save, exit the editor and revisit the plain text version on the editor, all the inline spacing are removed and I have to hit enter to create the necessary spacings again.Most of the time this scenario only happened to a line of text followed by a URL in the next line. Same thing when I aligned the URL to the next line with enter but when the proofs came up, both the text and URL are in the same line.Does anyone have any magic to solve this?

Hello, I'd like to export broadcast and tracking logs via API from adobe campaign standard. In terms of API access, I'm able to connect to the platform and retrieve the profiles. However, I'm having trouble retrieving SMS and Email activity (click, open, send). Can you please help me solve this problem? I have also another subject, how to filter using lastModified field in profiles with API, I tried it to get updated data only but I got all profiles. How to encounter this problem please ?
