Why is that? What I need to do additionally? Or the components might be only shared in one Connection? 

Hey everyone, I wanted to see the logic behind the already existing shared metrics & dimension; however, I am unable to open the items under this. Curious to know if someone has any answer to this.

We are currently migrating from Adobe Analytics to Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and would like to request support in enabling identity stitching for our setup. Our Setup: We operate a B2B lead-generation website. AEP Web SDK is implemented, and ECID is generated for all page views. Email is captured only at the time of lead form submission. We will soon be integrating Marketo and Salesforce data into Adobe Experience Platform using the RTCDP B2B schema, which will also feed into CJA.  Our Objective: Stitch anonymous ECID-based behavior with the email identity once it becomes available via lead form submission. Enable reporting in CJA that shows a complete view of the customer journey — from anonymous engagement to form submission. Avoid increasing profile counts in RTCDP based solely on ECID-based anonymous traffic (we do not want ECID-only visitors to create full profiles). Ensure that profile qualification only happens when a

Assume that I have two dasets and both have the field with same path:xyz.path.FirstNameI know that in AEP that field would be taken into profile depending on the merge policy. However how that field would be treated in CJA. That would be two columns?How would I know the source of the particular field (if it comes from dataset 1 or dataset 2)? 

Hello Everyone,I'm new to Adobe Analytics and have created a rule for page load using a specific custom event called 'page load', triggered via Adobe Client Data Layer - Data Pushed. This rule works perfectly in all lower environments. However, in the Prod env (including the author environment), the rule triggers only once—when the page is loaded for the first time. On subsequent page loads, the rule does not fire.Additionally, I noticed that the prod launch script includes headers likecache-control : max-age=3600etag :"1e97f6ab69caa332353cdff72029d3f5:1752060858.688733"server: AkamaiNetStorage What could be the reason ?? I am not able to reproduce in lower env.  

I ingested data to dataset (I am AEP architect so its really there :). At least 100k records. Then sent it to CJA - I mark the backfill. How can I futher debug? Its already 8h so it should be there

A timeout occurred because the action took longer than 5 seconds to complete. Error: A timeout occurred because the action took longer than 5 seconds to complete. Since the rule only has the event and the beacon action, I’m unsure why it’s timing out.Has anyone else faced this issue, or do you know what could cause the beacon to exceed the 5-second limit? Any guidance on troubleshooting or optimizing this setup would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance! 

Hello all! Question for the community. I’m looking to figure out how long it takes users to complete one of our online scheduling flows on the site on average (from form 1 to the confirmation screen), to see if mobile or desktop takes longer to complete the flow. I figured out how to create a derived field in CJA to calculate the total time it takes users to complete the flow from start to finish (meaning it calculates the entire total of seconds all users have spent completing the flow). I called that dimension Time To Complete OLS Flow and added it to my data view. Then in workspace, I created a calculated metric with Time To Complete OLS Flow divided by the total number of flow completions (booked appointments) to find the average time per user it takes to complete the flow. However, I'm not sure whether to use events or visits as the persistence in the denominator for that calculated metric. ie, Time To Complete OLS Flow / Booked Appts (visits) OR ie, Time To Complete OLS Flow / Bo

Case is like this:Ingested data into AEP  Build connections in CJA  Build some Workspace  Added additional data from the past to AEP (same datasets which were used in point 1)  Is there any way to  force backfill to CJA for the second time? Any workarounds? 

I’m currently validating Adobe Analytics tags for a banking mobile app in the UAT environment. When I trigger certain events (tags), I can see the data firing correctly in the Adobe Analytics Debugger. However, the same data does not appear in Adobe Analytics Workspace. I’ve tested this across multiple devices and operating systems, but the issue persists. What’s puzzling is that when my colleague performs the same actions from her system (different device and setup), she is able to see the data in Workspace without any issues. It seems like the problem occurs only when I test it, despite not using the same device or environment as my colleague. I’m unsure what could be blocking the data visibility on my end. Has anyone encountered a similar scenario before? Any guidance or insights would be greatly appreciated.

It is pretty straightforward when using first known or last known allocation with session expiration in Adobe CJA. It is less clear when a custom lookback window is used, because of both the forward and backward nature of these allocation types. Example, if a user had the following sequence, what would be the first and last known values assuming the followingDay = the date in January Chart date range is Jan 1 - Jan 31 Custom lookback window is 7 days for both the last known and first known properties.Day Value on Event First Known Last Known 1   C C 5 C C B 9 B C B 14   B A 18 A B A  Does custom lookback essentially work as custom look-forward for ‘last known’? Assuming I have an evar1 on my site which triggers on every product page to capture the color of  the product. And assuming I had 2 visits to my site. Let’s say that the evar1 is  a regular evar, expires on visit, allocation last touch, and assuming the following scenario:  Pages visited User A - Visit #1 product page 1- color = blue evar1 is set. value = blue proudct page 2 color = red evar1 is set. value  = red product page 3 color=green evar1 is set value = green home page evar1 is not set   Pages visited User B - Visit #1 home page evar1 is not set  product page 3 color=green evar1 is set value = green marketing page A evar1 is not set marketing page B evar1 is not set       Question:​​​​​s:based on the above, if i build a report like the one below, what should i see and why? evar1 visits evar1 instances page views unspecified       blue       green       red        

how do i create a cohort segment for users who first came to the site on a specific date? SAy users who first came on 2 specific days in february. I want to know how often they return each month since then. (the date of my cohort would be from Feb until July)

I want to analyze the visitor journey from time of entry up until, and including, the point of conversion.Right now I have Visitor container where pageview exists THEN e3 (form conversion) exists.The conversion happened in visit 6. The issue I’m facing is that setting the segment to “Before sequence” only shows visits 1-5After Sequence shows the converting visit but everything after it which I don’t care about. How can I add logic to cap it at the point of conversion or the converting visit? 

I created a segment based on a fallout touchpoint in Adobe Analytics, and then used that segment within a calculated metric wrapped around an event.However, I’m noticing that the value of this metric changes depending on the overall date range selected in the report.For example, when I set the date range from January 1 to January 31, the metric count for January is 100. But when I expand the date range from January 1 to April 30 and then break the data down by month, the count for January increases to 200 instead of remaining at 100 (which I believe is the correct value).Can someone explain why this is happening? Is this expected behaviour when using a segment derived from a fallout touchpoint within a calculated metric?

 Good morning,Recently I’ve been trying to make a deep dive on the Time on Site users spend on my web and I noticed that I have a very big difference between the Time on Site we see on the Freeform table for All visits, and the time we see in the the Key Metric Summary, even though we have the same filters applied.I can tell it’s because of the days average but I would need you as experts to help me understand:Why such a big difference The meaning of each KPIThank you in advance!

We are trying to upload a new classification file (.tab) in Adobe Analytics - Admin > Classification Importer. When we upload the file the section with “Overwrite data on conflict” checkbox greyed out / not selectable. We need our data to fully update based on our new file. Is it going to update the data if that checkbox is not checked?  Appreciate your help. Thanks!   

Hi!!Since late december 25, beginning january 26, we have noticed a spike in Direct / Bookmarked traffic and a drop in SEO. The only reason we could find was that the spike corresponds to an update to iOS 26.We can see clearly the impact iOS had on the dropping of SEO and the rise of Direct.We investigated with other markets / projects / clients, and this does not happen in their results - it is occurring only on this specific project in Spain.The only hypothesis we have is that the iOS update is affecting Adobe and is including visits from iOS 26 as Direct rather than SEO.Is there a way to correct this? 

Hi everyone,we have implemented a dashboard in Power BI that pulls data from some Adobe Analytics segments.Some visuals, however, are connected to Databricks.Our goal is to set up an automatic refresh for this dashboard. For this reason, we created a Server-to-Server integration in Adobe Analytics, which provided us with an API Key to configure in Power BI.The API key has been configured in Power BI, but the refresh fails every day, or sometimes multiple times per day, especially for the visuals connected to Databricks.The error message shown is the following:It looks like the refresh token expired.
