Hi,has anyone experience about the integration of AA  into a TVM ( Ticket Vending Machine ) application? Is based on js or SDK as mobile device? I couldn't find any kind of documente with such an use case, any kind of support and information is very appreciated.Thnaks since now, regards

Hello! I'm currently signed up for the Adobe Analytics Challenge. For some reason, the account I made for this challenge (which is separate from the one leaving this comment) has my last name included in my first name and is repeating. There's an option to fix this in profile editor, but it simply will not save the fix or work. I've tried using different platforms (My personal PC, my phone and office computers), repeatedly at different times. There is no provided phone number or email to contact for technical support, or even general help, on the page. Is there anything else I can do? I just don't want my name to be incorrect for the official competition. 

Hi I can currently see 'Social Campaign' in my Adobe dashboard for last touch channel however I want to get down to the next level to see the performance of three different messages being used. Ideally would want to see:Social Campaign:> Campaign Message 1> Campaign Message 2> Campaign Message 3 We have CJA and AEP coming I'm not sure if that will help but it's still 6 months away so what could be an interim solution? Marketing team are willing to help with whatever needs doing!

Hi Everyone, Since moving to Single page application(SPA), our company has been missing some orders in Adobe Analytics. Before the move to SPA Orders accuracy was up to 95% and it has since dropped to - 20%. Has anyone experience this before?

Hello, Curious how I could build a segment for undeduplicated (sum of total visits in these pages)/deduplicated visits of the segment  In the segment below, I was able to get the denominator. However when i put grand total, this is still the same value. With this metric im looking to see how many pages are visited within "vision" pages section.  logic: sum of page 1 +2 ...x = deduplicated total visits

Hello everyone, We are currently using "Click data collection" to track links automatically. However, we would like to add the page name and a custom dimension, which are available as data elements, to the network call. I have attempted to add them using this code in "On before link click send callback," but haven't succeeded. Can someone help me out here? Hi Adobe Community, I'm currently developing a segment to understand the number of unique visitors that are in touch with certain areas of our site.  The segment is structured to include hits on any pages that begin with 'A.com/A' or 'A.com/B', using two HIT containers in Adobe Analytics. One HIT container includes hits where the URL starts with 'A.com/A'The second HIT container includes hits where the URL starts with 'A.com/B'The challenge arises with a subset of URLs that are structured as 'A.com/A/X', which refers to a specific section of the site (let's say, a contact form page). I want to exclude from my segment any visitors who only interact with the 'A.com/A/X' pages without also hitting other pages that begin with 'A.com/A' or 'A.com/B' during the same session.The difficulty I'm encountering is how to exclude visits that only touch 'A.com/A/X' and do not engage with the broader 'A.com/A' or 'A.com/B' categories. I am checking the Adobe Analytics values for Mobile Device Type and the values that exist within Adobe Data Feeds (with the lookup table mobile) and I see that they are different. I've looked for Processing Rules on Adobe Analytics but I haven't found anything. Do you know how this transformation works?

Now, I am able to hit this API from postman by passing all the necessary information. https://analytics.adobe.io/api/{COMPANYID}/reports But, when I tried to hit the API from java, I am getting only 400 response. No, other information. Can someone provide me some information?Thanks

Hi!   Recently my team and I have been attempting to automate some of our reporting by implementing a pipeline that gathers the clickstream data feed from our warehousing. This is to supplement our general usage of Workspace for ad-hoc analysis. We have noticed a relatively high discrepancy between the two. With things like Visitors and Views being nearly 20% off from the values seen in Workspace.    We have been using these docs to calculate the metrics:   Calculate metrics | Adobe Analytics   Is there any sort of unlisted preprocessing that occurs between Workspace and the warehouse that would cause this? Or is there any other factor that may be causing the discrepencies?    Thank you! 

In case you missed it, the North America Adobe Analytics Champion office Hours were on February 8th.  The hosts were Andy Lundsford, Meghan Powers, Christel Guidon, Jason Egan and Achaia Walton. They covered the skills that an analyst should learn now and in the next five years. There were a variety of answers from the Champions, touching on language and technology. They also talked about the persistence of the ECID in CJA compared to Adobe Analytics. One suggestion was to bring your own ID, especially with the deprecation of third-party cookies. The Champs discussed the best use for flow reports, including some tips and tricks. Another question was about the use of a connector to view app and web in CJA using AEP. I want to know the URLs that are close to generate conversion for 3 specific products, how can I know in Adobe Analytics?

I've added images to dashboards previously using text visualization > imageurl icon > paste imageurl.Now when i attempt this, clicking the image icon opens the url field for a fraction of a second and then the whole visualization closes. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

Hello! I am looking to create metrics to help us measure page exploration within a site.  Here is an example (not real obviously):  Lets say that company.com has 3 site sections with multiple CTAs to other pages with relevant content. Lets call these sections are: Our Company, Our Initiatives and Blog Posts. Our client would like to have a metric that can help us measure sections visited per visit. as well as pages visited within each site section. Here is my logic for key site sections per visit (site section 1 + 2 + 3)  = total visits - note that site section numbers are raw counts and total visits are deduplicated.  Now, for the pages visited per site section. I would like to do this: (page name 1 + 2 +3+4...+x) / total visits in key site section - note: like above, that each pages' visits are raw counts and total visits are deduplicated.  1. Hi All,  I'm new to adobe analytics, so please bare with me. I was asked to conduct a site path analysis starting from the homepage, which is the landing page on our website. On this home page, there's a call-to-action button which is the "shop now" button. Based on my research, I've realized that i have to use a flow visualization to examine how users flow from our homepage into other pages on our website. I built 2 flow Viz but it didn't answer the question, I will attach my latest Viz. My question is, How do i go about building this, assuming i want my flow to capture all the visits that arrived for the month at the official homepage and how they navigate from there.-First screenshot shows the flow that i built which didn't answer the question.- Based on the second screenshot, out of 442k visits to the website 187k landed on the homepage, i want to see how users navigate from that homepage into the buyflow.@jennifer_dungan @leocwlau -Third screenshot, i tried to build

@jennifer_dungan Our team just learned that there were some hit-based exclusions done with VISTA rules.  Our team has been ingesting the Adobe Data Feed we received and used "exclude_hit = 0" as a filter. Is that all that we need to recognize these hit-based exclusions? Or is it that by using any of the POST-eVars (instead of eVars) would automatically adjust based on the VISTA rules?
