Would like to make a project field required

The SOW field in Projects is essential to us for reporting, accuracy, revenue recognition, etc. Would like the option for that to be required when starting or creating a new project.

When creating a custom field in a form, there is a checkbox on the left side "Make a required field".

Thanks Randy, but this field is not a part of a custom form.
