The new scheduling tool has a nice interface and allows quick assignments of new tasks to different job roles regardless of which team and allows quick and easy filtering on several parameters.
One challenge we've noticed is when there are a lot of parent tasks you cannot filter out and you can only see job roles where there is an unassigned task. The scheduling tool will remove tasks as soon as they're assigned and you cannot see things users are currently assigned to if you want to swap users.
