We usually use User Hourly when completing our time sheet. Everyone has a code assigned that has their rate. When we have projects that are a flat rate, we use the role hourly option as every role is the same rate. I have added the new role with the cost, added the new code, created a new template with the Role Hourly view plus added the new code to the user's profile. Despite all these changes, when time is entered, it still users the user's hourly rate. I have even Recalculated the form hoping to push out the new rate but to no avail. Any ideas on what is stopping the new rate being shown?
