  • When we first got WF, we had to tag people manually. At some point, that changed and we no longer had to do that. In the last few days, it seems we need to got back to manually tagging because people were not getting emails.

  • This is why we try not to assign names to projects/tasks. We use their job roles as assignees. This way anyone with a role that is assigned to a particular task can update as necessary. Paula Mitchell Creative Services

  • We use roles rather than names on projects to avoid this very problem. If you have it assigned by role, anyone with that role can access the project.
