UPVOTE: Add Document Details area to Layout Template so it can be customized.

Hi Everyone - with the great left nav menu in NWE, it does seem weird now that you can't customize the left nav for the Documents Details area. (i.e. move custom form to the top for approvers, or move Proofing Workflow to the top for traffic people)

    I couldn't find any similar ideas for the same request on the USER object, so am hoping Steven's submission can be expanded to include both documents and users...
