Customize Email Confirmation for Single Request Queue

Hello,

One of our queue admins is looking for a way to customize the confirmation email users get after submitting a request.

Essentially take the generic "Your Request Has Been Submitted" and turn it into something with info about turnaround times, resourcing, etc.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

Currently an Event Notification's email content (like a submitted request confirmation) cannot be changed, however the subject line can be. See Event Notifications and Customize email subject lines for event notifications .

Thanks, David! I'm still a bit confused. Is it possible to set this up for only one queue's email subject lines? We have many and only one of thee queues needs this.

Sorry, the subject line would be changed for all submitted request confirmations. We needed a more descriptive email header for our users as well and added to the subject line text stating that a representative would reply within 2-3 business days.
